new very new magazine THE PULSE.
when we first made it we had no idea
that anyone would send to us,except 4

write something for our magazine.
actually we had no idea that this
magazine would be that well-spread,

-all DANISH and SWEDISH members of
VISION joined LIGHT..
most members of LIGHT will show up
at the DEXION party in odense..
-EXORY is left alone in his cursed
group HOLOCAUST, as TIEBREAK,DYSTAN
and RECONNER decided to leave him
becource he rip's and recrack.

the new group is called TRAUMA, and
they promise to be kicking hard with
quality warez, and no recracks.
-BULLSHIT left AKRAK+ICS and joined
THE BLASTERS INC. as an graphician
and intro coder. he also stopped
cracking becource JRC allready does
that. also MR.PERFECT joined them.
-EXTASY will start a cool magazine
very soon. they are also making a
demo.
-CHROMANCE got a new cracked called
PAINKILLER.
-CRUSADE is dead,all members joined
THE RULING COMPANY.
-AFL is back after their 3 month
break.
-JACK DANIELS and >DK left ATG and
joined PARAMOUNT. did you know that
>DK is only 14 years old?.
-CULTURE got 2 new composers, they are
:HEATHCLIFF & DUTCH COMPOSER.
-SONNY/DOMINATORS stopped all activi-
ties on both AMIGA and 64 scene becoz
of his girlfriend. his dog took over
all his contact's. (joke!?)
-RAZY/x-DEPREDATORS joined IKARI and
TALENT as an mega-spreader.
-THE RULING COMPANY has completed
their game SYNEX, it will be produced
very soon.
-DCS and LEVEL 99 are back in the good
old scene again.
-a new group is born. ASSASINS will
start as soon as they have a modem-
traider. members of this group are
not yet known. sum coolies have been
asked to join,but refused.
-FOX (x-BONZAI) joined DOMINATORS.
-PARALEX quited swaping, TOM TAILOR
took over his contact's, then TOM
TAILOR quited swapping, then FANATIC
took almost all of his contact's, and
now PARALEX started swapping again!
-THUNDER left TONIC and joined VISION.
-GHOST left FAIRLIGHT to join RUTHLESS
,then he joined CRUSADE for some days
,and finally he is now in PARAMOUNT.
-DENSE left HOLOCAUST to join TRISTAR,
some days later he joined RUTHLESS.
-PARADIZE will open their board in
EUROPE in the begining og 1991.
-GENIUS and MORON of PARADIZE where
caught by the dutch post (ptt) becoz
of using "PORT PAYE".
-ANGIE left HOTSOFT and joined THE
GUARDIAN ANGELS.
-WEST COAST ASSASIN joined THE DIGITAL
UNDERGROUND.
-CRAZY won the demo-competition in
the tv-show "HIGHSCORE".
-UNIX left QUINTEX DESIGNS to join
WARRIORS OF WASTELAND (WOW).
-CAM left THE CURE.
-a new promised group is out, this
time it's called TRASH DESIGNS.
also some new members joined:
BRAIN,BRAIN DAMAGE,THE E.T. x-members
of WARRIORS OF TIME, also XONI joined
them.
-FIZZY/UNIT 5 left the 64, and is now
on AMIGA.
-BADBOY/TRUST chanced his name into
ALCOHOLIX.
-MAD/TRUST stopped computing from some
time becoz his floppy broke down.
-TRUST had kicked their musician
RYTHM'N'BLUES, in cause of his lame-
ness.
-WOBLE of XENTRIX is doing a magazine
called "FUCKPIG"
-HAMMER and SIERRA SOFT were never in
TRUST.
-PRESTIGE will release a new demo
called "X-MAS DEMO" it will be relea-
sed around christmas.
-PRESTIGE got 2 new members,they are:
BARRACUDA and MR.SAM.
-a new group is born : GIANTS,members
are TSB (x-EXTASY),IKV (x-KNICKERS)
and THE EDGE (x-LASER).
-a new group is born : REVENGE,members
are : STEALTH and CHRIS (x-CULTURE),
GRAFFIXER,RAVEN,DUVEL,MYSTIC and last
STADE, most unknown.
-MYSTERY left ACC and joined ACROSS.
-BRAIN was kicked out of DEATH SECTOR.
-XENTRIX left KNICKERS, and joined
DEATH SECTOR.
-JH left CROSS, and joined DEATH.
-ROOSTER,TAMTRAX and CHALLENGER left
BONZAI, so now BONZAI is completely
danish. rumour says that 2 unknown
dudes joined them.
-GENIUS of COLLISION left the scene.
-TIGER JACK left VIRUS and joined
CHAOS.
-RATFINK left INSANITY and joined
OXYGEN.
-TRUSE left CHROME to start an austra-
lien division of BRONX.
-CHROME is looking for some euro mem-
bers, adress in WANTED.
-THE COLLECTOR left THE FORCE, and
joined IKON VISUAL.
-MC.STYLE/ARTWISE DESIGNS quit the
scene, bought an amiga, and later
he bought back an 64 and is now back.
-COLYN/NCS has joined CHROME.
-INSANITY died when RATFINK and FANG
left.
-THE OWL/ELITE has quit the 64 scene
and is now totally on the amiga.
-MIKE/NOVA is looking for another
group to join.
-RAPID has joined OXYGEN.
-W.C.A. left CHROME and joined T.D.U.
-DEB/SOLO is now on the amiga.
-MERLIN joined IKON VISUAL.
-DEVASTATOR has joined CHROME as a
coder.
-THE GAME KILLERS died, and SCREWY is
looking for another group to join.
-ARTWISE DESIGNS has died, and THE
REAPER is to join a new group.

welcome to the PREVIEWS corner!..
this month i have found the 2 best
demo's released this month, including
alot of magazines, so just keep on
reading.
but first i will update what i will
preview this month..
demo's:
article about the 2 best demo's from
the CENSOR party in sweden, they are:
CHANNEL 6< from FLASH INC.. and
MIST II from VISION..
there has been quite alot of demo's
this month and last, i simply can't
preview them all, but if you want
your demo to be previewed, then just
send it to me, and i'll write about
it in the second issue.

as result of last month were i didn't
preview any games, then i have decided
that i wont do it this time either..
i think that it's much more interes-
ting to read about what the 64 scene
groups make, and not what the software
companies produce, unless it would be
a really classical game, or something
like that....
but i wont leave without mensioning a
little kewl game made by ORION, yes
their follow up to ICECOLD I is now
out, and the result was awesome, all-
though i didn't see ICECOLD I, then
i can only emagine that it had to be
cool, nevertheless ICECOLD II was a
major hit...

but now first the two demo previews.

CHANNEL 6< from FLASH INC...
the winner of the CENSOR party..
there were made many cool demo's at
the CENSOR party, but FLASH INC out-
numbered them all, by releasing this
kewl, and extremmely well coded demo..
FLASH INC made almost all music and
graphics in their parts, apart from
1 logo in the SHADOW PLOTTER made by
TRAX of THE RULING COMPANY, very nice
logo by the way..
and in the last part (realtime zoom)
HENNING of PANORAMIC DESIGN made the
tune, but apart from that, this demo
was excellent....
the demo starts with the same old (but
cool) intro coded by ZODIAC. after you
press space you see a television were
you can switch channel by moving your
joystick from side to side, you will
see on the television what you can
expect of each part, very good design-
ed...
below the television (in lower border)
there is a little cute dysp, and an
FLASH INC, and CHANNEL 64 logo, switc-
hing in side border, very cool coding
and designing by ZODIAC..
the rest of demo is filled with cool
surprises, such as an SHADOW-PLOTTER,
all BORDER PLOTTER,a huge FLI scroll,
VECTORS,realtime ZOOM, and lotsa other
cool rutines lies behind this piece
of art...
also their own musician MOON made some
incredible tunes for this demo, it
shouldn't surprise me if he would
storm the charts anytime...
most parts was coded by ZODIAC, aswell
as the intro and the menu. but also
UNIFIER and NOVA contributed with a
cool part each!...

MIST II from VISION...
got to number 2 at the CENSOR party.
VISION prove their talent of coding
by making parts with awesome coding in
top-class, also their graphics was
excellent made...
the coding comprised of a cool rock -
around scroller,a hires in border part
,vectorbobs,a filled vector box, and
lotsa other cool things...
this is defently a demo to check out,
if you havend already got it...
MIST II was coded by GLASNOST,YABBA,
GRYZOR and SPINX, but most of the
parts was coded by GLASNOST..
intro was coded by ICON, and the menu
was coded by GLASNOST..

it's important to switch between
different musics,'coz you get tired
of listening to the same.

about more tunes we couldn't use more
than 1 this time, as SPRINT is right
now in some kinda swim-hall in denmark
(danish championsship), then i could
not reach him to chance the program
for the second issue..
but i can promise you though, that u'
will have 2 or 3 tunes to pick between
in the next issue, so don't despair!

for COOL coding.this have been proved
from MAMBA,awesome coding and graphic
,and still it's very readable.

well, it's a ALLRIGHT mag,but it would
be cooler if you turn off the music
while loading, or made an 'irq-load'..

about the beep wich apears when you
load, it's a slight bug,wich quickly
can be de-bugged,but as i said previ-
ously, SPRINT is at the danish swim-
ming championsship, so he could not
clear the bug, as he didn't know that
there was any!
about an 'irq-loader', then i can
tell you that we aint very interested
in making one for THE PULSE. an irq-
loader is very slow, and using the one
wich we have now, the readers wont get
tired of reading when it goes so fast!
but if others than you want it, then
we will ofcource make one...

again another month has passed. demo's
,cracks,magazines,notes have been made
,and the scene are still the same.
somehow most people refuse to face the
fact that the ultimate ruler 'AMIGA'
is stealing our goods,our coders,our
crackers,our musicians,or what was
ones part of the commodore 64 scene.
softcompanies are leaving one after
another,the AMIGA label is everywhere,
everyday one dude leave the 64 to be-
come another amiga freak.
today we are all only thinking so much
about what others do,and starting wars
agains't other groups,or slagging on
people that we THINK recrack's or rip!
therefore i would like to start an
discussion about this subject,wich i
have chosen to call 'crisis on the 64'
the questions are:
howcome the amiga is taking over?
isn't nowaday lamers the future elite?
what could we do to prevent the elite
not to quit the 64 scene,and how?
there are a thousand questions wich
lies behind 'crisis on the 64',what
i would like you to do,is to send me
a HUGE letter,and explain what you
think could prevent the AMIGA to rule,
or what we could do to keep the 64
scene going strong in year 2000..

about the DEXION party

the DEXION party in odense/denmark
will take place from the 26'th to the
29'th,we hope to be able to go there,
and if we do,we will transmit live
from the party,have some interviews
with famous people,and a HUGE report
about what happens around the place.
