another day but the same chapter.
welcome to the only chapter in this mag
that have the wrong name. we'd better
call it olds. i can be credited for that
but as always i hope it will remind your
brain what happened the past months.

it will help alot if you write the date
of voting on the votesheet!

   first let's take the number to the
      jamaica board in switzerland.

it have become a usual part of the news
that we have some JAM news. after the
last issue much things happened.

first, TABASCO left us and the leader-
ship was taken over by TCHAD, which i
told you in the last issue.

but just some days after that BUMBOO
left us for FLASH INC. meaning that they
are not dead. they will start releasing
hotshot again. bumboo is supposed to
write some text for it, so you will
unfortunately not see any more text from
bumboo in jamaica.

we also got our first member in hungary.
his name is FUNNY, and he's in fun
factory as second group. what will he
do? he's going to crack and swap for us.

we're at the moment working on a demo
but it will not be released before the
summer. as MERLIN + some more must
finish school first. no name and no
parts are completed at the moment!

in march nearly every jam member was
working on an own noter! tchad, bungalow
zatt and me. but no one got the strength
to release their work. hehe...

we will try to release jamaica #10 in
july. and that will hopefully contain
much party stuff!

last time we said two things that was
wrong. and i hope that i didn't cause
too much pain.

the first thing was that TWOFLOWER was
kicked from triad. he's NOT!!

the second thing was that ACCURACY was
dead, but they are NOT!!

VDK/fairlight came on the third place in
a graphic-competition on a local party
in borlänge during the easter holidays.
what did he paint?? a lego-man on amiga
of course! this proves that the c64-
graphicians are much better than the
ones on amiga!

SACRED got rebuild but they died after
MENDRAKE faked 3 first releases.

SPECATOR got kicked from slash and
joined ALPHA FLIGHT as 2nd group.

DAVE and REVHEAD/entropy left the scene
for amiga + st.

ENTROPY will soon release a new demo,
probably at a party.

GAMERS MAG/angel will become an entropy
mag in may.

the ENTROPY party got cancelled for real
this time. read more about it in
the tribune#44.

the old demogroup UNLIMITED will be
back this summer. ofcourse with original
members.

JOE ROCKHEAD/narcs quits the scene as a
result of that narcs is dead.

X-RATED is back.

JAZZCAT/afl left for LEGEND.

CLEVE/charged, REBEL/ex.agnus, MAIDEN
and BLAZE/canibals joined thunder, while
IRA left them.

MAITEC died.

MINDMIXER, MASOKO, QUARTEX and LOUIS/
sneakers joined EXTACY.

NECCY and MORRIS are the new leaders.

AXIS/oxyron left the scene for amiga!

ECHO and DR.LAZY rejoined comic pirates.
dr.lazy renamed into BRIX again.
NETWORK is going to be released in the
summer. also a demo is on its way.

DR.KAOS/reflex joined EXCESS as 1st
group. still in reflex??

REVENGE/ex-extacy joined the airwolf-
team. so did SMURF/ex-tpf he also
changed his handle to COURAGE.

LORE OF ARTS died. TSR died too. and
so did VOLUME.

DREAM joined gothic. he also made a new
group with MARTYR/ltm+rave called
MOONCHILD.

LYBIS/bcd stopped swapping.

the new polish group ASPHERON and AGONY
is going to make a mag called SWAP-TIME.

RAMON/charged left the scene.
CHARGED is searching for members.

AGNUS is back.

MUSTAINE/accuracy left the scene.

CST & KID left excess.

ETROMI/bcd left the scene. and DR.ZOOM
joined equinoxe as 1st group but stayed
in bcd.



       that was all for this time!
