interview bumboo+iopop
----------------------------------------
welcome, time for an interview. whoose
the victim this time? let's give some
info about him first. he have been a
member of groups like LIGHT, BRUTAL and
EPIC.

yes, you guessed right our victim this
time is no one else then:

        THE FRESH PRINCE/ex.EPIC

i must thank TFP for giving some of his
time and gave us our interview with him.
i also must thank BUMBOO as it was he
who interviewed.

why not start?

? = BUMBOO

! = THE FRESH PRINCE

?: tell us something about yourself.

!: well, my real name is thomas i am
16 years of age and i am still
studying. you could say that i am a
pretty small guy, about 170-175 cm
tall, and there is really nothing
   more to tell i guess.

?: what's funniest and what's most
   boring with swapping?

!: hmm.. i guess the best thing about
swapping is that you can get a good
   relationship to other peoples and
that you can make new friends. and
i guess the most boring about
swapping is when you get many packs,
or your contacts are backstabbers and
   arrogant.

?: what do you prefer from your
   contacts, high speed, quality or
   friendship?

!: well, i guess a little bit of
everything but what i would prefer
friendship if i could choose, i mean
i am swapping to get friends not to
   get famous.

?: i know that you are groupless right
now so in what group would you be a
member of if you could decide
   yourself?

!: MOTIV 8, MOTIV 8 defenetly! i mean
motiv 8 is the best group that is
alive. they are the most active
group and many of my friends are in
   the group.

?: do you have a girlfriend, and in that
case, what does she think about your
   computer activities?

!: not at the moment. i had a girlfriend
a couple of months ago but i dumped
her as she was getting on my nerves.
and i can tell you that she didn't
like my hobby (computers) at all,
   fuck her.

?: i know that you have an amiga could
you think of joining that scene too?

!: no way! i have been in the amiga
scene ones and it really sucks!
i mean in the amiga scene they don't
know what friendship is, they just
want to get famous and i really hate
   those kind of people.

?: are you also active in modem trading?

!: not really! i mean, not active!
i call out maybe once a week or
something like that. but then it's
not for warez it is for talking to
   people.

?: how many contacts do you have and
are you planning to get more?

!: at the moment i only have 30-40
contacts, but you all probaly know
that i had 300 before and not 40 like
some guys claimed. and yes, i am
planning to get more than maybe 60-
80 as to have 150 contacs would take
   up too much time.

?: have you ever thought about stop
   swapping?

!: nah, not really! you see i can't code
and i can't do any graphics and so
that's why i decided to start editing
a mag and it would only be good to
have some contacts when you have a
   magazine.

?: tell me your favies. coder, graphican,
   musician, swapper, cracker, mag,
   mag-editor, overall person, demo,
   cover-designer?

!:
   coder tron, tts
   graphician joe, creeper
   musician syndrom, pri
   swapper merlin, incubus also
                   BUMBOO/JAM
   cracker bruglar, crossfire
   magazine reformation,
                   the pulse
   mag-editor enduro, remix
   overall person incubus, x-fire,
                   jason
   demo lunacy 7, brutality
   cover-des. elegance

?: what's your opinion about all these
   discmags and about JAMAICA?

!: well, i really love all the magazines
or atleast most of them. as some are
filled with bullshit. and i think its
a great thing that some guys can give
   some time to edit magazines.
now about JAMAICA, i think your
magazine is really great it maybe
needs some more text and gfx but
elseway i love the magazine. and i
would just like to say that i love
the work that you are doing for
   everyone here in the scene.

?: how often do you send out and what
kind of equipment do you have?

!: puh, it's hard to say how often i
send out, but usually i send out the
same day as i get to pack from some-
one. and if not my delays are not
more than 3 days. and my equipment
   is 1 c64, 1 1541-ii, 2 joys, about
300 disks, one printer which i hardly
never use. and i guess that's
everything i use. i am still looking
for a drive though as my other one
broke down a couple of months ago.
   (IOPOP:no cart?)

?: do you wanna greet someone?

!: well yes. greets goes to merlin,
   crossfire,jason/motiv 8, trooper/trc+

?: at last, what's your future plans?

!: well, you could say that i have alot
of future-plans, at first i would
like to release my second issue of
SLEEPOVER and then get some more
contacts and also to join MOTIV 8.
   and i guess that's it.

?: thank you for letting me interview
   you, thomas!

   pleasure.
