well, what have changed - let's start:

hmm, a big thanx must go to NEW ART and
MANHUNTER for suppling me with very use-
ful things like interviews'n'votes !

some guys say that the english in this
mag is improveable !
well at first i must say that the
writing errors are not all my mistake!
because my keyboard is getting old and
so some keys buggs (especially:i,l)
but keep cool i'll soon get a new one !

all guys askes after 3 weeks 'where is
the new world news ?'

we always spread it when we have enough
text (each chapter max. 61 blocks !)
so it could be that some news are a bit
old! sorry for that but we think it's
better to spread a full mag than a new
but empty mag !
if you wanna supply us with news please
write it in GROUP FORM or very readable
(type writer,printer,...)

WORLD NEWS 6 (!) - keep on doing this

more votes gives you honest charts !
and if anyone says that we cheat the
charts i'll just say this !
everybody can get our votingsheets to
count them himself !
i (the world news hq) give you my
1000000000000000000000000000 % word
that the charts are NOT cheated !
we don't cheat it YOU cheat it when you
don't give us your honest votes !
at this point i'll give you again the
rules of voting !
- if possible vote for all rubriks
- always give us your top 5
- DON'T vote for you or anyone of your
group (if you do it we skip it !)
- DON'T vote for SILICON members or
produx !
now i'll explain you the system of
counting the votes !
it's quit easy !
the 1st got 5 points
the 2nd got 4 points
.
.
the 5th got 1 point
the all points are counted and divided
by 100 that is 1 % !
now the points from one dude/group will
be divided by the resulute of 1% of all
and the summ is the value under the %.
the * means if the guy won or lost some
% ! so you can see if you are got more
points that the last issue !
that's it !
some guys don't know what the OVERALL
charts mean ?
ok, i'll explain it once more !
in this charts there are ALL groups
(music,demo,gfx,cracker - groups)
in one !
so the nr. 1 will be the group who made
the best work of all !
