World News 04 Interviews part 1

  yep once again it's INTERVIEW time !
         at first with CMR/ROLE
                let's go !

WN: yo cmr ! tell me some personal facts
    of you.

 C: i'm 25 years young (22.oct.1965),
    and i'm 1,75 m tall.my first name is
    serge.i've dark blond hair and brown
    green eyes.i like to eat much, but
    i'm not fat at all.my weight is 65kg
    the c64 is my most favorite hobby.
    allmost all my money goes in this
    fantastic thing.i've a blue car.it's
    a ford orion.i work in a ford -
    factory !
    i'm now 4 years in the c64 - scene.

WN: what are your jobs in role and what
    do you think about ROLE ?

 C: well,i'm the main organiser (the
    leader) in ROLE.i swap a little bit
    and do all financial things for ROLE
    (originals,...).
    i also make sure that every ROLE -
    members gets the ROLE products from
    me.i'm also one of the two editors
    of our diskmag 'ROCK'N ROLE'.i also
    help to edit a lot of other mags !
    i like to visit many copy-parties.

WN: normaly you make interviews with
    people, now you get interviewed
    isn't it a bit strange feeling ?

 C: yes, it is.normally i don't like to
    be interviewed.you're the first one
    since years who asked me to be
    interviewed by you.
    i always think that i'm not
    important or famous enough to be
    interviewed.do you think i'm famous
    enough ? i don't !

WN: not at last a interview is there to
    make a coolguy (like you are) more
    famous !
    well, how long are you now in scene
    and what where your former groups
    before you joined ROLE.

 C: i started in 1986.besides ROLE, i'm
    also a member of the GUARDIAN ANGELS
    (start in 1988).in the GUARDIAN
    ANGELS i'm 'TBG'.in april 1989 i
    formed ROLE together with 'KNIGHT
    RIDER',so i'm a member of two
    groups:TBG in G.A.'S and
           CMR in ROLE.
    in the G.A.'S, i'm a mega-swapper.
    me and EFFY organise the G.A.'S.

WN: some greetings to anybody ?

 C: yes, i say hello to you and all
    other SILICON members (ed. thanks)

    other cool friends i forgot.

WN: is there anything you wanna reach in
    your live or in scene ?

 C: oh yes, i want ROLE to be a big
    group in the scene.i also hope to
    have our discmag 'ROCK'N ROLE' as a
    number 1 discmag.
    i also hope to find a coder on amiga
    to code our 'ROCK'N ROLE' also on
    that machine in the same style as on
    c64 !

WN: what about your favourites (music,
    videos,food,drinks,...) ?

 C: my favourite music ? well, i like
    all kind of music.
    my favourite movie is:TANGO & CASH.
    i like to eat french fries(potatoes)
    and steak.
    i like to drink wine or 'kriek' !
    my favourite car is a mercedes, but
    i don't have the money for it.

WN: MANHUNTER/SCN workes on a mercedes
    factory, he could get one cheaper
    if he want. (no joke!)
    what do you think about the c64
    scene at all ?

 C: well, there's more and more
    concurrency and i like that ! the
    c64 - scene gets better and better.
    i think WEST GERMANY and DENMARK
    have the best part of the c64 scene.

WN: wanna say a last word to our readers
    ?

 C: to your reader ? well ! read this
    mag, it's good.
    i hope you didn't got bored of my
    text, i'm not so famous to tell you
    big heroes-stories !
    a big thanks to MANHUNTER (do you
    like to hunt me ? joke...) and i
    hope more guys will vote for our
    graphix-man ZAP/ROLE, i think he
    deserves it.vote for him in the
    other mags ! also vote for 'WORLD -

WN: howdy ROBIN !
    first a standert question.tell us a
    bit about you.

 R: o.k., mate! i'm a 18 years old
    freaking mate and i'm a leading
    member of ELITE.every saturday we
    (ROM & ME) are going to a TECHNO
    house - pardty in order to have a
    total blackout.we'll soon release
    our own record.so watch out!
    sometimes we are D.J. (ROBIN) and
    L.J.(ROM) in some special techno -
    dromez.
    furthermore i love MODEMTRADING very
    much.

WN: e.g. take contact with our modem -
    traders !
    how did you got famous ?

 R: famous. eh? the mighty secret is:
    be loyal and funky to your friends.
    don't tell shit about others.
    good sources are important too, be
    good in your job and the ruling
    thing isthat friendship must rule
    overall! that's it!

WN: why died the old ELITE ?

 R: well, this isa fucking thing.
    most of the members have quit,
    because of sucking POLICEACTONS,
    like the old & cool JEFF SMART you
    all know.
    some left and some were kicked out.
    and so ELITE died.

WN: will the new ELITE be as strong as
    the old one ?

 R: good question. we all in ELITE hope
    the best for our returning. we
    couldn't say more.

WN: how is the new memberstatus ?

 R: a-z order...
    CODE DEMON,FAXE,FRED CLEVER,MAD
    MOUSE,ROBIN,ROM,TECHNOGNOME,TRIAL
    and XENON.
    there is a great friendship ruling
    in ELITE and this is important for
    a good group.

WN: which groups are your favorite ?

 R: CRACKING: IKARI + TALENT
    irespect FAIRLIGHT very much too !
    i like them !

    DEMO GROUP: BLACKMAIL

WN: which person would you like to be ?

 R: ... eh? i'm ROBIN of ELITE and i
    won't be another mate.
    be coo... be yourself ! that's it !

WN: have you a girlfriend ?

 R: no ! (no time!)

WN: do you often visit parties ?

 R: i like parties very much, because
    you can meet a lot of good friends
    there.but most of the todays parties
    aren't worth to be visited.
    the best party this year was the
    RED SECTOR/SILENTS amiga conference
    1990 ! onlyfreaking mates! but we
    all in elite are working on a
    smashing party'91 together with a
    famous amiga - group.so don't miss
