  christmas is coming and so we changed
  the WORLD-NEWS a bit hope you like it
        as much as the old one !

but at first i must give a big sorry for
 the looooong delay but you surely know
 how difficult it is to do a new mag in
   one month ! but now it's finished.

 well, sure we will still code to make a
better WORLD-NEWS so be surprised to the
              next issues !

  now i will tell you the new things in
               this issue:

1) ALL coding,gfx,... is now made by
   SILICON.

   perhaps you asked why on the load-pic
   was written 'produced by BRAND-X'.
   the reason is that when this issue
   was coded our 3 new coders was in
   BRAND-X so they called BRAND-X/SCN,
   but now they are directly in SILICON.

 music:main part: RHYTHMIC NATION
       text part: JCH/VIBRANTS
            text: RED HAWK

   with the new coding we won 12 blocks
               to write !
   so in future the text will be even
                 more !

2) now there are 2 DIFFERENT sounds in
   main and textpart !

3) at this time we have kicked the
   rubrics: REPORTS and BYE BYE
   because nobody was interrested in it!
   perhaps we will give in future new
   rubrics.

4) in the charts there are now some
   new rubrics: OVERALL and MAGS !
   in overall charts you can vote for
   all so the charts could look so:

   1. vibrants
   2. ikari + talent  don't forget to
   3. crest
   4. mdg                 VOTE !!!
   5. ocean
   6. cosmos designs
    .
    .
    .

   but we also kicked all lamer charts
   because we don't want more problems!

   in the CONTACT CORNER there are some
   of my contacts printed see it as
   special servise !

   don't vote for SILICON:produx
                          members
                          stuff

   vote for us in all other mags if you
       think that we deserve it !

6) at his point we start a MUSIC
   competion !
   to give some good new composers the
   change to get famous !
   the best will come in the next issue
   as main tune !
   REMEMBER: just use the JCH PLAYER !

   and send it to RED HAWK.

7) if you want to be interview then
   answer the interview on disc and send
   it to RED HAWK.(use the ATRIX text
   editor)
   and in the next issues you will see
   your interview !
   of course we will prefere the elite !
