 well once again the past month has been
 full of surprises!

 we welcome all these new members to the
 group and offer them all the support
 and assistance they need!

 OUR APOLOGISE

         to CRUZE/LITHIUM who felt our
 comments pertaining to him were untrue
 and uncalled for.

         a phone conversation between
 CRUZE and INCUBUS brought the situation
 to rest.

         it was explained that the
 messages directed at CRUZE in the
 message section of LINK 3 were not
 written by INCUBUS but from other
 members of the scene who wished to
 remain unnamed.

         it was also explained, those
 people and others who voted him MOST
 DISLIKED would not be disclosed as TSR
 class all vote sheets CONFIDENTIAL.

         CRUZE accepted this condition
 and has placed a REPLY in the MESSAGE
 section of this mag.

         conversation between INCUBUS -
 CRUZE and RUSTLER was concluded with
 all parties happy.

 each group who have their own mag seem
 to be having the same problem.

 what is it!!

 people complaining about people voting
 for their own groups and themselves.

 personally i can't see what the problem
 is. i thought all votesheets were


            CONFIDENTIAL!!!

 anyway, i have spoken to rustler and
 some other members and we 'THE LINK '
 have decided to follow the lead set
 by THE CURE in VIOLATION.

 1. any person voting for his group
    will have that vote NOT entered
    into the vote counter.

    the vote will be classed as a blank
    and votes under said vote will NOT
    be brought up the list !!!

    so in short by voting for your own
    group, you don't gain the points,
    but no other group will either.

 2. any person voting for himself will
    also have that vote NOT entered
    into the vote counter.

    the procedure above will again be
    followed.

 3. you ARE able to vote for any member
    of your own group or for your own
    groups magazine. these votes WILL
    be entered as it appears on your
    votesheet.

 4. LAMERS charts are gone forever from
    THE LINK. this chart has only been
    used to attack or target members of
    the scene and to settle personal
    little wars. we APOLOGIZE to any
    person directly affected by this
    chart and hope their problems have
    been sorted out and all is now
    running smoothly.

 5. LINK FIVE will have a EURO vote
    section included.

    this has come about due to extreme
    public demand both overseas and here
    in australia.
