Dear readers,

Many, many hours of hard work rest
behind this issue, which must be con-
sidered as the best one to leave our
hands so far. (If not, at least the
JUICIEST!). There has been an incredible
activity on the scene se we last met up
with each other on these pages. Now, we
feel we have really covered it all, in a
way you will hopefully like, preferably
adore. June, July passed quickly. After
a wonderful LIGHT/HORIZON party, meeting



up with great friends, and pleasant
creatures, it was like the scene picked
up from there. A pile of demos was put
out and enjoyed in every corner of an
eye. On top of that a million people
returned to the scene (see NEWS).

So what really happened. Well, RED
SECTOR boosted their board, FORPLAY
to a notable maximum, and promise
even more. GENESIS PROJECT opened
their speedy HACKCHECK in Germany,
as a European Headquarter, and TALENT
got into the game again, with a sexy
comeback.

We intended to have the new outfit ready
for this issue, but using that, would



have meant another 2 week delay, and
that was something we wanted to avoid,
since one of our goals is to release
PROPAGANDA on regular basis. We feel
that that it is what we do.

This month, you'll be surprised.
THE NEWS, are juicier than always,
but still only treat the groups making
it into the voted top-1O. Read and
cry.

THE LIST is sexier, and better, making
it more comfortable for you, our beloved
reader and ourselves. We accept no
complaints.

THE INTERVIEW gives nothing but a wonder



ful description of somebody I think you
should get to know better. After reading
it, I guess you will.

That sort of rounds it up this time, and
we wish you a pleasant hour or two going
through the magazine, regardless if
you're looking for mistakes or not.
