 dragon spirit is a very boring "kill
 'em all"-game with very bad graphics
 and lame sound effects. there is
 really n o fun by playing this game.
 it's a complete f l o p...

 after burner has sounds from maniacs
 of noise (digisounds), which are very
 cool. the grafix in the game are not

 so good, but no that bad at all.
 there is a very nice "game over"
 picture. you have to shoot down every-
 thing, which makes much fun if you
 play this game for the first time. the
 motivation is not very good, because
 you get bored after playing this game
 for a while.all in all i wouldn't call
 this game a hit, but not a flop
 neither. it's a pretty nice game...

        ballistix  dma/psygnosis

  at the game ballistix you have to
  put a ball into the goal of your
  opponent, you can attain this by
  firing small balls against the big
  ball! when you play against the
  computer you have to fight against
  the gravity which push your ball
  into your goal !
  you have a comprehensive game menu,
  which allows you to influence things
  like the gravity, the number of games
  and goals etc!the graphic looks nice,
  also the music sounds pretty good to
  me !         valuation : 78 of 100

  wonderboy in monsterland  activision

  superwonderboy - the follower of
  wonderboy has to fight through 31
  levels ! on his way he can buy
  shields and weapons to survive
  against all sorts of enemies and he
  shouldn't forget to collect money !
  the game graphics, which appear by
  jerks, are not very convincing and
  the music would fit into the year
  when the first wonderboy appeared !

  the only positive things are the
  continue-function and the fastloader!

       powerdrift  activision,sega

  powerdrift is a very fast car-racing,
  which allows to select one of twelve
  drivers and one of five courses !
  now you can fasten your seat and
  start ! (always from position five)
  your target is always to come under
  the first three places at one race,
  (four rounds) then you have qualified
  for the next race !
  that up and down and the curves are
  very good programmed so that a real
  drive-feeling arises ! the graphic is
  not that good but the music sounds
  nice !             valuation : 81

    roller coaster rumbler  tynesoft

  this game invites you to a drive on
  a rollercoaster, but you aren't
  allowed to forget the shooting !
  the target of this game is to shoot
  many things by not getting out of
  shoot-energy ! but if you don't shoot
  you come to the end of the level,too,
  so there is no difficulty in this
  game ! also the two player-mode can't
  motivate you ! the music while the
  (bad) title picture sounds nice, but
  the game graphics are very simple !

              cabal  ocean

  target of the game cabal is to blast
  through five levels with machineguns
  and bombs ! each level is subdivided
  into 4 sections; at the end of each
  level you have to fight against a
  master-opponent which is hard to
  defeat !
  the many graphics are good looking,
  the title music sounds quite nice !
  on account of the brutality(?) of
  cabal the game won't be selled in
  german shops but there are many ways
  to buy the original (contact us for
  an adress !!)      valuation : 78

  here you are a stunt-car racer with
  the task to drive without any crash !
  otherwise your life insurance will
  increase the policy and your are
  out of money (game over!)
  the music by ben daglish sounds fine
  and the graphics are also suitable
  to that kind of game !
  the game is very nice to play a few
  minutes or even hours for the
  gambler but then you loose the
  motivation, because it's not so easy
