       "HOW TO OUTSMART THE POST"

well,a lot of you CHEAT STAMPS by puting
all kinds of GLUE and HAIRSPRAY on them!

but when you live in HOLLAND you are
REAL LUKY!!

maybe you've seen them...

those "PORT BETAALD" (=POSTAGE PAYED)
signs on the RIGHT CORNER of a PACKAGE!

when you use this you have to go to the
POSTOFFICE and only have to pay for the
WHOLE WEIGHT instead for every package
seperate.  (this is much CHEAPER)

but when you DON'T go to the POSTOFFICE
and just put it in the MAILBOX...
you don't have to pay anything!!

some of you STOLE one of these MARKERS
but it's easier to ORDER one at a local
OFFICESHOP!!

make sure you take one with your OWN
TOWN or else it won't work!!

it cost about F20,00 to get a MARKER and
then buy an INKBOX...

now it's ready to use!!!
