           - what is FAIR?? -

sometimes when i get a VOTESHEET for a
sertain MAGAZINE there are TWO RULES for
filling in this SHEET...

   "don't vote for YOUR OWN GROUP!!!"

                   and

        "don't for ..........!!!"

on these .......... you should fill in
the name of the GROUP to which the MAG
belongs!!!


the first RULE is okay in my eyes becoz
otherwise some ARROGANT DUDES will vote
for their OWN group instead for others!!


but the other RULE i realy don't dig!!
what are CHARTS for??

to give a FAIR view of what the SCENE
thinks who's best!!

so please CHANGE this on most VOTESHEETS
if you want to give a FAIR view of what
is going on!!
