     TSR has introduced this one off
chapter to defend its self against
the numerous allegations made against
the group by BAT.


     the chapter is there fore designed
to express our point of view and not at
this time to RAG BAT in general.


lets face some of the allegations

1. tsr did'nt give STEEL a fair go when
   he was in the group


reply:
   STEEL was contacted after this
allegation was made and asked if he had
any problems with tsr and the manner in
which he was treated.

   he replied that the allegation was
not true, and he was more than happy
with the time and assistance the group
offered him during his period with us.

   STEEL did however indicate that since
bat left suicide he had been left with
the running of the group without any
means of contact with other members of
his group.

   therefore who did the wrong thing
by STEEL???




2. BAT claimed when he was a member of
   THE FORCE that this group would
   support him in his slagging against
   us.


reply:
   RAZOR/THE FORCE was contacted by BAT
and he in turn contacted INCUBUS. he
demanded to know why TSR had gone to war
with THE FORCE. INCUBUS explained that
THE FORCE was not being attacked in any
way what so ever. our efforts were
concentrated on BAT. NOT THE FORCE!!

   RAZOR investigated the situation and
in a later conversation explained to
RUSTLER/TSR that he had been made aware
of bats history and further explained
that BAT was being kicked from THE FORCE
straight away.

   we tsr felt that THE FORCE did not
appreciate being brought into a conflict
which did not involve them!!


3. BAT made an allegation to the effect
that he was going to come over to
boolaroo and assault INCUBUS & RUSTLER?

reply:
   in all fairness, we accept that this
threat could not be taken seriously.

   the idea of a 14 year old 4 foot boy.
taking on two grown men was just too
stupid to even contemplate.

   we did however reply to this threat
and advised bat not to bother about
wasting his mothers petrol and coming
over to us, we would visit him and
save him a lot of trouble. but of
course we would NOT assault an under
aged boy as we find that would be a very
low act indeed!!


4. BAT has also claimed that we TSR, has
been spreading rumours about him.



reply:
   as for this, we have been informed
on numerous occasions by numerous people
that he does rip code and also music or
melodies, but as for our stand we only
recieve and pass on information from
europeon and australian parties who
claim interest!!!

   it is important that you the reader
make your own decisions!!!


CONCLUSION:

   in conclusion, we TSR decided to make
a blunt reaction to BAT'S allegations.

   we have warned BAT that should he
persist in making any further
allegations pertaining to this group,
we will pull no punches and insure that
this persons credibility be destroyed
with no mercy!!

   we have contacted many people not
directly associated with TSR both
here in australia and EUROPE and they
have offered direct support if needed.

   our present relationship with BAT at
this time does not involve any other
outside sceners. however should our
problems with BAT continue and other
parties become involved in his support,
we will then, how ever,reluctantly be
forced to include these people in our
attack..

   finally, we do apoligise for the
icon used in this chapter, this was
designed prior to peace attempts being
made by STIGS/MSR. we were unable to
change the icon in the short amount of
time provided!!!
