Another issue has been released, and another edi- tion of this chapter has been written. As always the purpose of the chapter is to credit and thank all the involved pople who made it possible. I still can't believe the huge backup I got from you out there. But belive me : IT FEELS GREAT!!!! It keeps making me happy to see how people react on my encouragements, and to all the helping hands I recieve!!! Oh no, now the Bizman is turning soft again Bullshit!!! I'm not. I'm just beeing realistic. Coz I know that without the help from you it can't be done!!
