Here we are again and I bet you thought
this issue would never be released.
Well,never say never! We are sorry for
the delay and we have alot to catch up
on. There is alot of changes this month
concerning certain groups that we are
sure you will find very interesting!

The MYSTIC CAVERN is still PROPAGANDA HQ
but is now the new TALENT HQ. And as you
will read in the news section TALENT has
some new members. This was a month of
changes!

On a more personal note, ANTICHRIST and
I will be married in the begining of
December. He will be moving to the
states so dont send your mail to the old
address anymore. The new mailing address
will be listed on the next page. We hope
to get as many responses as possible.
Send us your feedback along with your
votes and articles. (Your oppinion of
this issue of PROPAGANDA).
ANTICHRIST has decieded to get more
active in the scene again and be sure to
know that GENESIS*PROJECT is NOT dead.
You will be seeing more activity from
them along with some new releases.

We have some new editors this month who
will be active with getting this Mag
out. BOOZE of EMPIRE has written a very
interesting article so be sure to check
it out in the misc.section. I also asked
Nadine (SEX GODDESS) to make an article
on a girls point of view being she was
on the boards. I didnt know at the time
that she and Marco (MAJESTY) had broken
up,but as nice as she is, she still made
the article for me. Keep in mind that
because of this she was not in the best
of moods when she wrote it. hehehe...
Thanx Nadine! I think it came out well
considering the circumstances!
We put MAJESTY to work aswell. He will
be doing the news. Psychobilly from RSI
will be doing the list and PARSON is in
charge of the awards. I hope you all
have a sense of humor! :)

Oliver and Myself will be doing the
rest. Unfortunatly he is not feeling
well right now (Flu) so he is resting.
Last year about this time he was sick in
the hospital with pnemonia. Has a year
gone by so fast? It seems so!! This time
I make sure he stays in bed and takes
better care of himself. RIGHT OLLIE?!
Hehehe... Anyways.. So what else is
happening? Some things have not changed
in a year. Or should I say some people?
RADAR/ARCADE is still voted the most
disliked person. I wouldnt have thought
that one person could hold that spot for
such a long amount of time. Imagine
having so many people dislike you? And
he pretends to be proud of it. What
normal person would be proud of having
so few friends? I know we all have our
enemys, but to have almost a whole scene

vote each month that they dont like you
is surly nothing to be proud of.(Buaha!)
THOR who usually holds second place wont
be added in this month because I dont
consider him in the scene anymore.
Unless there is something called a
conference scene. Thats where he is
spending his time. TRISTAN/EMPIRE might
get his 64 back so we might be seeing
him on the boards again. Time will tell.
Skinhead hasnt been calling out anymore
and I think its because he has no modem
anymore. Jochen, If you read this,we
send our greets!

Well. Its time to go get a cool drink.
Sit back and relax, put your feet up and
