hi everybody!

if you're bored of those bloody writings
about the future of the scene,then do
no keep on reading this one!
but if you want to read something
different,then i can recommend it!
have you ever thought seriously about
the scene? ofcourse you have...
what is our purpose with this time-
wasting hobby? the answer comes:
"TO MAKE FRIENDS!"
it's very nice,but these computer-made
friendships will end up when our
beloved machy dies. hard to talk about
it,but the time is coming closer and
closer when we have to say GOODBYE to
our sixtyfour. the world won't be the
same for us after this moment. what
will we do then? forget everything and
everybody? NO,my friends no! we must
not forget anything; the parties,the
friends,the wars and the sufferings!!
we must remember that some guys have
made a revolution on a fantastic
computer called "commodore 64!"
we are those guys...
would you let anything get lost,what
was made on this machine? hours of
working and suffering will be lost if
you sell your disks to a game-lamer,
just becoz you want to buy an amiga or
whatever.
do NOT sell your equipment and your
disks! store them in the darkest
place of your house and keep it until
the day of your death...
but...in the first year of every
decade,take out the 64,clean it,load
an old demo and be sentimental and
CRY!!!
and in the year of 2032 you'll get an
invitation... an invitation to venlo.
and all the sceneguys will be gathered
for the last time in their life.
why 2032? because the commodore 64
will be 50 years old in that year!
just imagine the guys: GOTCHA with a
long white beard,a bald-headed ANTI-
CHRIST or a JCH with 17 grandchildren.
wouldn't be strange?
we will meet the old friends and we'll
be chatting and recalling da old days.
and when the sun sets everybody goes
home and dies piecefully...

sorry,i am so depressed! i would like to
keep the scene alive but i'm just a
lame swapper from the eastern part of
europe and i am so alone...
the main thing i wanted to reach with
this text is that someone(s) should
collect each scene guy's address,store
them in a PC and orgazine a party in
20xx.
it's just an idea,i can't do because i
don't have a pc,telephone...etc.
but i hope it won't be just a dream...
just a dream...just a dream....

thanx for this piece of text you've
sent to me and as you can see i have
published it...
what you try to tell us is very clear
but isn't it really hard to make your
dream reality!?
as you know,most scenedudes are around
the age of 16. so most of them live
with their parents. i think that in
the year of 2032 hardly anybody will
still live with their parents.
now those dudes live somewhere else.
and what about all those dudes that
moved houses!?
it's almost impossible to find their
new addresses... and if it's possible,
it will be very time-eating and maybe
the dude who took this job on him will
not do it if it takes that much time!
well,it might be possible to have a
'reunion' in the year 20xx,but then
everybody should stay in touch with
someone and write letters to eachother
so the contact will be remained.
i definately have the intention to
stay mail-friends with several guys!
just see what you'll do...
okay,i hope the scene will keep on
living forever and i think it has the
possibility as everybody wants to be
better and better and i someone really
works hard on something it's possible
to realise even the hardest things!
and if everybody,able to perform in
any form of art (code,paint,music),
will make games for the companys there
is a good industrie and there will be
made money and profit!!!
and if we all can supply the amount
of games asked by the consumers they
will stick to this machine...
okay,just make the best out of this
machine and stick to it forever!!
