Welcome, one and all, to the charts for issue 21 of
Skyhigh, presented to you by the man with the can,
Shuze/Afl.

Well, this time 143 sheets were received by me, 118
of which were filled by different people, so only 118
have any effect on the charts themselves. But here
is a quick breakdown of where the sheets came from:

Yup, a lot of sheets have come from good old Poland
this time, but that is expected these days I guess.

And now lets take a look at who the guys were that
actually spreaded all those sheets:
OK, we at Skyhigh would like to thank ALL of those
guys, and the one gal, for doing their bit to support
us. Your help means a hell of a lot to us, and we
hope you will continue to help us out!

There were also 16 sheets spreaded with no name
of any spreader on them, so, our silent stars, we
thank you also!

And this issue's award for the worst handwriting
goes out to, dah da daaaaahhhhhhhh:

STAN/X-RATED
STAN/X-RATED

For managing to push back the boundaries of writing
as we know it, and diving headfirst into a brand new
realm of scrawl. Thanks, mate, you made my life
hell for about 20 minutes, trying to decipher the
sheet!

Hehehe.....

And lets really kick this into gear with the:

Well, Reflex get to the top, which is odd considering
the recent quality of releases coming from the
stables of Oxyron.I have no idea why Censor are so
high, and it is good to see the highly respected
Polish group, Albion, entering the charts. On a more
personal note, it pleases me immensely to see the
hardworking UK group, XL.C.US, appearing in the
chart for the first time. Camelot actually gained 6th
place with 412 points, but are not included this time.
Just missing the 30 group cutoff were:

TOM - Lepsi - Light - Miracles - Caution - Megastyle

Mr Sex holds off the competition by some way. It
seems that Graham is still not as recognised as he
should be, as otherwise he would be higher. Quiss is
out of the race completely, over 200 points behind
Mr Sex (that is like saying I got 20 sheets with Mr
Sex on number one, and Quiss not voted for at all!)
Guru finally gets some recognition, and the very
popular "king of plasma", Jer, also gets some good
vibes! Stilgar, one of Poland's most popular coders,
finally makes a mark on the charts, expect big
things from him. Slammer gained 6th place with 320
points, Glasnost took 14th with 84 points, Raz
managed 17th with 52 points, and Cruzer brought up
the rear of the Camelot ranks with 25th place, and
24 points. Just missing the chart were:

ASL - Bacchus - Explorer - KB - Aristo - Kerk

The usual top 5, but Moog and Fanta are definitely
pushing hard, the only question is if one of the top
5 will move away for them, but it doesn't seem that
likely, looking at the points gap. Jeroen Tel starts
to fall at last, as does A-Man, maybe for good?
Cubehead finally gets noticed by the voters, and
so does Praiser, who got a huge amount of votes this
time. I am not joking when I say that probably 90%
of the sheets had a vote for him on. Huge drops for
Cleve/Charged and Decoy/Acrise+Excess, who both
lost a massive TWENTY ONE places! Yow! Just missing
the cut were:

Cane - Froyd - KB - Scortia - Gaston - Morbid - Spike

There is obviously no doubt at all in the voter's mind
who the ruling artist in the scene is. Electric gets a
severe beating at the hands of the spectacular
Polish artist, Cruise, and from the looks of things,
Astaroth could be soon to follow in Cruise's steps,
by some amazing moves. Maybe next time he will
kick Creeper out of the top 5? PVT gets a lot of
votes after his hard work for Mathematica, and
so does the extremely hard working Hungarian,
Csezso of Therapy. Also nice to see Draz popping up
in there. Biz Kid would have gained place 14 with 81
points, and Rob would have got 23 with 52 points. I'm
sure we should change the title of this category
from "artists" to "vote for your favourite 10 Taboo
or Agony members....." Just missing the charts this
time were:

Earthquake - Condic - Cronos - Mirage - Ollie - Edge
