Motiv8 (Den, Pol, Usa)
---------------------------------------
The motivated ones have slowed down lately due to
lack of cards. They are slowly building a demo section
with Alg a Polish graphician joiing in, but he later left
for Alphaflight.
Kosa/Tengu/Tdm joined M8 as a paper artist and
coder. Visby/React joined to help support the mail
front.
Their fixer Dungeon Master/Zone 2 who was a double
member, left them to join Alphaflight. Also Misery (the
former member of Crazy, X-Ray etc..) also left the
group.

Mount Olympus went offline on January 1st. Bird, the
sysop will now focus on the Internet, he also joined
Wow as a 2nd group. He should also be organising the
new edition of the former Bronx magazine Earthshake
which will come out in the future under the Motiv8 lable.

They lost their other fixer Natas who decided to join
Chromance as a double member, his first group being
the American based Carcass.
Some good news is that they gained Mendrake/Ex-Acr
who joined with his bbs The Dragon Tower which is now
running with a Super Cpu, 8 mb ramlink and 481 mb hd!
Larry/Motiv8/Talent will also be putting his bbs
Revolution back online in the not too distant future.

---------------------------------------
Onslaught (Aust, Ger, Usa, Pol)
---------------------------------------
The onslaught slowed down quite a bit towards the end
of 1996, but is starting to pick up again.
They lost Macx, Zakk and Rug Rat who all joined
Chromance.
However they started their activities once again by
recruiting several new members. Firstly Galland
former member of Vision and Trsi on C64 and on the
console former member of groups such as Elite,
Strike Force + Movers, Illusion, Respect and Anthrox
joined as cracker and ntsc fixer.
Following was Sting/Ex-Paramount,Afl,G*p,Enigma,Mcg
and other known groups, he joined as cracker, modem
trader and supplier.
To help the mail front Dj Kat/Ex-Paramount joined as
megaswapper.
Quasar, their Polish graphician left them and Ambush
for the group Fraction. Tbh/Msr/Lithium left both his
groups and joined as a coder.
The legal section of Onslaught released a demo at the
Party 6 in Denmark, which was coded by Carlos.
It was taken the wrong way by quite a few people as the
demo was coded for fun and not to compete.
However the megademo from Jolz is progressing and
will feature graphics by Deekay, Insane and Bwyze.
With some atmospheric sound tracks by Morbid, Rap
and Nebula, who has returned to activities after a
small break.

The Australian based group gained an ftp site for
their magazine Vandalism News, which will also be
shared by the independant magazine Domination. This
site is maintained by T'pau all editions of both mags can
be down loaded from: XXXXXXXXXXX
Apart from the legal advance on the net, Onslaught
also gained a ftp site for their cracking section.
Chromance signed them onto Gangsta's Paradise, after
they dismissed Hitmen for non-support.
Sting, Galland and Ramirez formed a cracking division
within Onslaught called The Luftwaffe.
Danish member Doom joined Wow as a 2nd group and
set up his own homepage.
False news was printed in the Relax magazine, no such
scener as Mayk/Aspect has ever been a member of
Onslaught.
Special birthday wishes to Rap who celebrated his
birth on the 7/2, greetings!

The ruling cooperation maintained their quality
activities with quite a few releases towards the end of
last year and into the new year.

Burglar is quite active lately with coding intros,
cracking and fixing and coding the really nice
invitation file for the X-97 Take over. Go to the 'Party
Rune' chapter for details on when and where!
Also a happy birthday to Enno for the 2nd of February
El banditos, the megaswapper joined Unreal as his 2nd
group.
Because it wasn't published in several other magazines
Gazza/Ex-Trc returned to the scene and joined as
webpage maintainer. Superstition also joined the coop
as a cracker and coder.

The Dungeon almost went down forever on the 26th of
February. The sysop, Alchemist, had some problems
with the phone company. However, he worked things
out and his line now has installed two 64k channels.
So The Dungeon will continue to stay online.
Count Zero has been actively working for the Driven
and Propaganda magazines and also is maintaining
'Forplay' a telnettable bbs which runs on Amiga.
