General Comments:
-------------
EXPANDING STAFF, as you would have noticed as
predicted in last issue.
Tyron being my new and for the first time in Domination
co-editor.
His efforts will continue to expand as he gets used to
being within the media.
Kingfisher has been added to the staff, taking over
my role in the 'Hack / Phreak' section. He will with each
issue take us over a wealth of information from this
illegal and interesting scene.
TwoFlower,Dane and Mitch have been added to help with
legal scene matters, such as demo review and news.

Next issue you shall also witness further expansions
within the staff and the magazine outfit itself.
Hopefully we will come to a point where the release
rate will be made shorter by an expanding and active
team.

MAGAZINE GROWTH CONTINUES since last issue with the
return of Internal, Rock & Roll and the continued
efforts by what is considered the quality magazines
of the scene; The Pulse, Vandalism News, Relax,
Propaganda,Skyhigh and Nitro.

THE PULSE, seems to be the most regular released
magazine these days with some delay in their legal
department but also some new recruitments.
Surprisingly the magazine hasn't yet officially gained
back it's former number one crown in any of the top
magazines.
But one can expect it to rise after a few shakey issues
at the beginning, and now the solid, good journalism we
have witnessed over the past five or six issues.
VANDALISM finally gets the number one in both Relax and
Skyhigh, plus also grabbing some awards for magazine
the year. Bizarre should be back and has shrugged
off problems with the phone company.
PROPAGANDA DELAYED but finally out at the beginning of
March. Illegal editor Deff/Avantgarde must be quite
busy with his job at Bmg/Ariola, as the release list
was absent from the magazine, which seems strange
as the magazine was supposedly detained due to the
release list.
Propaslander? As a usual episode with each issue, the
Editorial once again contained negative texts about me
and my group.
Beginning in edition nineteen, they wrote over a page
of false, apparent rumours about me.
I reacted to this ofcourse and demanded apology, but
since then, THEIR arguement has spanned over quite
a few areas to the point where the public must be
thinking "'all these guys ever do is nag, nag, nag'".

The 21st issue presents again a hilarious bunch of
nonsense, in a useless attempt at trying to win an
already lost debate.
Firstly main editor NEWSCOPY says "criticized for
their intense recruitment and dismissal of members".
Writing such a statement about a new(ish) group is
in the opinion of one sane, quite unintelligent and
ignorant of the real truth.
The truth being, that as explained by Vengeance, we
wanted to get the right balance of correct members
and have a active internationally based group.
We accepted entries and gave the rules of the group,
and if members never performed we told them and
gave further time, eventually if the member still
never performed towards the group as a member he
was removed.
That is why now the influctuation has stopped,
because we've settled with the main group and just
recruit now and then.
NEWSCOPY actually admits i am correct with my
statement on him not actively calling the Usa boards.
He replied though, saying that he speaks to DEFF
three times a week.
This in itself is quite funny, as readers would
remember a statement i made saying that since Deff
and me are not on the best of terms, his views and
opinions may influence and indeed change the way
Propaganda is.
WEAK ARGUMENT?!
It all began when i joined channel #c-64 on the
Internet/Irc.
On there was Newscopy, Tranziie and Sixx, Domination
edition six had been released several days before
and they seemed rather annoyed at me, like little
school children that don't get everything they want.
In edition six i made some mistakes with the release
list and also with missing one member in the Hitmen
memberstatus.
So they mailed me about professionalism and my mag,
as if they could talk i thought!
Homeboy, who was also there had quickly mailed them
giving them an intelligent lecture on what is called
contradicting yourself. Homeboy observantly told
them about CYBORG not being in the memberstatus of
Avantgarde and the mispelling of Vengeance's handle
many times.
Even in this issue they made more mistakes, by
including SHARP in the Onslaught status even though
he had left the scene several months ago, and not
including Ramirez, Shocker or The Unholy, even
though a memberstatus was emailed to them over the
Internet.
But i could sit here all day and point out mistakes of
others (not excluding myself either) but there is
simply no point, as we are all just human - and even
humans do make mistakes.
So the "which showed just how weak some peoples
argument were in the debate" type attitude NEWSCOPY
has, is completly wrong. His mind fails to see that you
shouldn't judge others before you judge yourself.

NEWSCOPY wrote "They chose not to confront Deff in
person when complaining about release charts in
Propaganda".
To begin with, if they complain on professionalism
and they say "Intelligent freethinking", well how can
one from the above quote; 'confront' someone in
person', when they are half way around the world.
The proper way to have typed that, would have been
to say we never wished to contact Deff. But ofcourse
this statement is wrong anyway.
On the boards we argued with Deff/Avt about certain
releases, as most active board callers would know,
i've had many opposite opinions to Mario on his list.
We also emailed him and cleared certain matters, like
with Megathrustaball, which will be explained later in
this chapter.
But still other, more long term problems remain in the
list of Propaganda, with Deff awarding Avt ntsc/pal
fix points on 99% fixes, thus bending the rules.
The fix being from another group, and being 99%
fixed, would result in a Avantgarde 100% version,
particularly at one certain stage when the anti-[O]
intros were used by him.

Moving aside from NEWSCOPY's nervous attempt, we
take a closer examination of a 'open letter' by ex-[o]
member JAYCE.
To begin with he headlines his article with the topic:
"Concerning what was written in the latest issue of
 Vandalism News"
How could he write a article which concerns Vandalism
when the comments he retaliates on are from
Domination edition six, a stupid mistake from a silly
person.
He then started saying his version of why he was
booted from Onslaught and how he was in the right.
"The original that i recieved from Jazzcat was to
begin with already cracked. Further more it was old -
what any serios cracker would call a re-release".
This text appears to the public as a very large point
from Jayce, but is infact total garbage, that a knowing
few would simply amuse themselves over.
The game being MEGATHRUSTABALL, was already level
packed because the company that i sold it to, required
it smaller in size, company copyright details within the
game itself and a modified docs part, which was all
performed by my Swedish friend, Bacchus/Fairlight.
(Who interestingly comes into another argument with
NEWSCOPY, calling F4CG a replica of AMOK, because of
CherrySoftware/Nemesis Prod. and the fact that F4cg
is a cracking group.)
The game itself made by members of my former group
LEGEND, was never sold.
For the first time it was sold, so we decided to release
it. Also Deff and i talked over the sale of this game
and i mailed a percentage of money for partial coding
and music by SkyWolf/Avt & Ironcat/Avt within the
game itself, and anyone can verify with Deff, that he
recieved the money.

Jayce continues his argument with another very poor
excuse, which should now be even more expected from
him.
"We have many times gave up our social lives to study,
so why should the scene be more important?"
Was another of THE MINISTRY's apparent reasons for
not cracking the game.
Yet they were complaining for more originals and more
communication within the group, and now here i can
really say just how weak some peoples arguments
truly are.

"Communication is the keyword, while in Onslaught
there was no such thing" wrote a determined, but
misguided, JAYCE, in Propaganda #21.
This is wrong and the truth can really only be known
between THE MINISTRY and the organization in
Onslaught.
Both Vengeance and i sent several mail packs, each
containing originals, and the usual internal chatter.
THE MINISTRY never replied to neither Matt or myself,
emailing them on Wares Aquarium was not too much of
a problem, and at a time we even gained a Swedish bbs
to strengthen and better aid our Swedish section.
Contacting them seemed to be a problem even though
they say otherwise, mostly i would reach an answering
machine, and when i did ring them voice, they wanted
things uploaded for them on Wares Aquarium.
Which is not a problem at all, but we in Onslaught never
trade originals over ANY bbs, not even our own.
Back doors, sneaky sceners and corruption have
forced some to be more wise in how to transfer
originals.
Perhaps if THE MINISTRY would have acted like other
members do, by keeping group rules and policy, they
would have remained in our group.

"Majesty,Chrysagon,Ignorance,Deekay,La*Style,
thats impressive, but why have names on the member
list that weren't active in any way, but just being
names to brag? or in the case of Deekay, as stated
on the Us boards in mid-1995: "he is not considered a
member of our group, but will do graphics for us"

This is where JAYCE falls flat on his face in a bid to
try and argue about something he understands nothing
about.
Firstly why would any of these mentioned names join
our group in the first place if they never knew what
they were getting into.
Our group is not at all focused on names, it is built on
activity, quality and friendship. These sceners each
had a quality deemed valuable within the group, and
JAYCE claims inactivity? well let's examine their
actions within Onslaught !

Majesty - He joined when Onslaught was formed and
was original leader of the German section, he managed
to get 'Down By Law' for us, which we still obtain.
He also organized the joining of capable crackers
Ignorance and Chrysagon.
He later got busted for drugs, and may return at a
later time.

Chrysagon - was taken into the group in hope he may
return to former activity. Ignorance and he did some
small work together on Sword Of Honour, this was
later scratched when Ignorance joined Alphaflight and
later release their version.
Since he has been too busy for scene activities. Thus
he doesn't appear on the memberstatus.

Ignorance - was our main cracker to begin with, he
also supplied us with originals and a few intros.
At the beginning of Onslaught he cracked and released
the following games;
Telnyr,Pozitronic,Flummi's World,Tim Tris, Trio,
Mastermind,Riddles and Stones and more.
I guess JAYCE kind of forgot about these releases.

La * Style - was taken in, with assistance from The
Ministry. He was only interested in multi-filed games,
which we did offer. He cracked and released the nice
Megathrustaball after we offered it to THE MINISTRY
first. Which makes them go back on their words again,
because they stated "any serious cracker would call
it a re-release" La * Style is a capable cracker i
believe.

Deekay - being member of Crest and also Onslaught
he joined as graphician. His activities are almost
unknown to the public until demos from both Onslaught
Design and Crest are released.
He painted two logos for us and is currently involved
with some graphics for the new Crest demo.

So i guess this takes JAYCE's comment on them not
being active in any way straight down the shit-pipe.

Some people when fighting at a lost cause know
themselves to be in the wrong, but just continue
anyway to save reputation.
Arguments will most likely continue from their side on
a number of matters, is this how magazines are going
to become?
How can they question us, when controversial
situations surround them. Arguments between certain
game lables and Cherry Software are the current
events which resulted in a certain ON ICE+fx/SCS*TRC,
so they should be covering the current events and
not continue with their repetitive nonsense that is now
OLD NEWS.
Why do they continue? either you already know, or
set your eyes at the beginning of this paragraph.
No offense is meant to either any F4CG or HITMEN
members, just the key members involved in this debate.

WITH EVERY WRONG THERE IS A RIGHT!
Scs+Trc have earlier released last month what they
call a revenge against Avantgarde & F4cg for the
release of unsold game BOMBEL.
The game being ON ICE from Cherry Software budget
lable NEMESIS PRODUCTIONS.
It is still fully not clear to public eye, if the release of
Scs+Trc was necessary or within their right, but the
matter shows more light on current game lable
struggles of today's market.

In similar fashion Onslaught released former Cherry
Software/Nemesis game MORTAL DOGFIGHT, now
copyrighted to Australian firm Everlasting Style.
The scroll texts of the intro infront reveal a strong
disliking to current treatment Propaganda is giving the
Onslaught crew.
The game is currently successfully taking in orders
and further advertisments are taking place, read
this issues 'Game Scene' for more.

This magazine is fully based on the c-64 scene, wishing
to convey a wide range of topics based on truths from
the source of each subject.
Each issue is a combined effort from an independant
selected group of sceners, i believe to be fully
qualified in their position within this magazine.
With continued support this magazine will be more
active and inspirated to achieve a finer piece of
journalism with each issue.
