   i am unproud to welcome you to
the most and probably  the  only
empty chapter that are present in
this issue.as you understood the
content of this chapter from its
title,the aim of this cahpter is
to present the latest member sta-
tus of the groups but it's a pity
that not much guys have written
their group's status on the vote-
sheets.so i am very sorry to pre-
sent you a very very empty chapter
don't ask me why i am still run-
ning this chapter although it is
an empty one.i think that it must
be an important chapter as  the
members of most of the groups dif-
fer from day to day.our scene also
consist of some group-jumpers or
new groups which are builded by
the members of the old dead groups
etc.so a chapter like this will be
useful if anyone want to know more
about the members of any group.i
hope that this won't be like that
in the new coming issues and next
time i can able to present you a
full member-status chapter.

   but now i must stop this talk
and write the very little amounded
number of member statuses.just we
go now.
