              "NEW CHARTS!"

this article is written to inform you
   about two new charts...
   besides all other charts we want your
   votes for:- BEST DEMOS
             - BEST INTROS
   i think voting for the best demos
   should not be so hard, but wat the
   hell do we mean with BEST INTROS???
   well with the BEST INTROS we mean
   the intros you see before cracks.
   with this chart we hope to see less
   (rather lame) super-short intros,
   which only have a (ROM CHARSET) logo
   and a (ROM CHARSET) scroll....
   we in BRUTAL also used this intros
   quite a lot as quite a lot of groups
   use them..  (if many groups use them
   you almost have to use a short intro
   to get one of the shortest versions)
   but as we prefer a bit longer intro
   (with a normal logo, a cool tune and
   a scroller or so) we will stop doing
   this...
   we hope that more groups will dump
   their short intros and exchange em
   for normal ones, as most people
   prefer them more....

because of the two new charts, a new
   "BRUTAL RECALL" votesheet will be
   made, but if you haven't got a new
   votesheet yet, and you're going to
   vote, please add the extra two charts
   on the backside of the normal vote-
   sheet...
