1. RED STORM reviewed by slice/tsr











 after watching RED STORM by TRIAD many
  times i (slice/tsr), have decided to
  say some words on this demo. i would
   not class this as a review, but a
      simple comment on the demo.

if you are one that has not seen this
demo as of yet, i strongly recomend that
you bypass this section of text, because
this is MY opinion, and i will keep my
opinion, you ought to see the demo, then
make up your own mind on this,and not by
blindly following the crowd by agreeing
with someone else just to be in the so
called 'COOLIES' group.

 i think RED STORM is simply one of the
best demo's ever made. as a coder myself
i can watch this demo and appreciate all
the time and effort that was put into it

i first seen RED STORM at roadrunna/ofn
place. we dimmed the lights and sat back
and i totally enyoyed myself. the music
in the parts were very different, and i
did not expect that kinda sound to come
out of a demo like this. i was so happy
listening to the sound. i thought it was
a cool idea to do something different.

red storm is very symbolic with flags &
the triad triangle. the text between the
parts is very cool, it made me think!
it's a very fast moving demo that doesnt
allow you to press space which is good.

i think the digi with all the flashies &
stuff was good also. the first time i
seen this demo, this was as far as i got
cause we had a bugged version. this was
so dissapointing so i asked around until
i got a full version that i now watch
over and over again!

i agree with king fisher in saying that
the magazines that rate demos out of 10
is not necessary but i DO beleave there
is no harm in expressing your opinion on
how GOOD the demo was.

i think this 'SCENE' of ours needs more
positive comments, and less of the bad
and uncalled for comments that people
keep brewing on and making wars out of.

to conclude this comment,i would like to
thank king fisher, alfatech, and tdm for
giving me a very enjoyable demo. its one
that i will keep for a long time to come
