  dear reader

  this time it was very difficult to
  make charts of the american scene,
  so we decided to put the most impor-
  tant rankings of the usa in this
  issue.
  it's obvious that we can't give you
  these quality-charts like the two
  usa-business-mags 'outline' and
  'chaos chronicle' do but we will try
  our best.
  we hope to hear again something from
  the mamba-usa-division although
  martin and stingray left us...
  second point is, that we dropped the
  system of quotiental-charts, now we
  introduced the more easier system of
  single-vote-points, here we go:
