      > who stole what ?

in the 10th issue of brutal recall
da main editor,tch/brutal wrote an
article in the chapter scene today
there he accused us to be cheating
and stealing their idea of choosin
chapters.also he told that we were
"jealus creatures"
firstly,if you had a problem with
us then you should've told this us
tch.the mag's surely not the right
place for discussing such things

as it may low down the objectivity
o'the mag.but since you chose this
way,we'll answer in the same way.
 for heaven's sake,face it:splash
isn't a lame copy of brutal recall
as you wanted to say.foremore,it's
one of the most original mags arou
nd.you can understand from the rea
ctions coming to the mag.many of
them congratulate us for the cool
and original main menu.yes,leave
everything:>you are wrong<
we wanna tell you how we designed
the main menu now:while we were co

ding it,we thought in this way:
okey, the wolf piccy will stand ju-
st here.there will be clouds under
the logo and some birds will be f-
lying.lets put a sea ending by the
cliff where the wolf is standing.
now,where will the chapters stand?
 yes tch,where?follow the same way
of thinking as we did and tell the
us solution you found to the ques-
tion? "where can we put those nume
rous chapters, how can we fit them
to the screen?"... yes,you are ri-
ght,they should upscroll between

the sea and the clouds and the sea
as you can see,we had the same pr-
oblems with you and we found the
same solution.we are not that st-
upid! just like the turkish saying
:"the way of the mind is just one"
 about the numerous chapters:even
in garfield news we didn't have ce
rtain chapters.they all changed fr
om issue to issue.but there were
a lot of text and we always had to
put some text to chapters that had
no relationship at all...and in sp
lash we just changed that and made

a chapter everything as a separate
chapter.again:"the way of the mind
is just one."
 well tch,if you know a>better<so-
lution to fit those chapters to da
place between clouds and sea,tell
us!
  leave that too:>think< that we
said:"ahhh,the menu system of b.re
call is cool, lets make a mag hav-
ing the same menu system!". would
you have the right to accuse us
for ripping,stealing,cheating,etc.
would you? no,you really wouldn't

when someone coded a real time vec
tor does this mean that no one el-
se can code it after him? if some-
one codes a swinging fli logo does
he have the right to call other co
ders who program the same,lamer,st
ealer,ripper,etc??? yes tch,is it
you who found to use upscroller(wh
ich you like a lot) as a text disp
layer? i think it was sex'n'crime
who did it,right? if omg tells th-
at you(or others who use it) stole
his idea,would this be logical?
the answer to all these questions:

      > > > n o < < <
 that's all stupid! anyway,even it
was a logical thing, you are the la
st guy on this scene to accuse so-
meone else for stealing the idea
of a mag. wasn't it you who coded
the independent outfit that was e-
xactly the same as the old corrup-
tion outfit???
but the thing that made us really
sorry was that you called us "jea-
lus creatures".let us tell you th-
at everybody in acy accepts and co

ngratulates da success of your mag
even if you lost a lot from your
objectivity,your mag still seems 2
be the best mag in the scene.and
believe that, the last thing we wil
feel about brutal recall can be je
alusy...more,we are doing this job
not to enter the charts only;the
thing that interests us most is ha
ving fun and making friends...
and it seems that you even don't
read our mags.the old name of our
mag was "garfield news".we are the
best group in turkiye, don't mix us

with other groups...
by the way, having read your artic-
le in brutal recall,we asked a lot
of guys around what they thought
about this.they just said the same
things like us,what you said is re
ally nonsense...
anyway, the subject is over for us
for now.we hope it's over for you
too...
       keep the cool work!
