feel warmly welcome to another issue of
jamaica. issues passes by and now we
reached number 8. time goes fast. i just
say that. and i belive that it is a
standard thing for all mageditors. some-
times the time just floates by. but as
we finally released this issue why
bother about time. you have the eight
issue of jamaica in your drive!

this time it's more powerfull then ever.
read the chapter THE OUTFIT for some
more info's about that matter. i guess
the load-menue system is good to have
and i hope that some other mags follow
this idea and make their mags more
powerfull and flexible. it's abit
strange that no one have used that
before.

but it's one thing that is bad. what
happens when i upgrad the system and
add some functions that don't work on
lower issues. well, that's what it cost
to make such system. but remember that
COLOR DRAW V4.0 on pc can't load
pictures that was made in the V3.0 of
the same program and that's LAME!

so, in the future i recomend you to have
the latest version of jamaica in your
memory as that version will be
compatible with all versions from this
issue and up until we stop produce this
mag.

there is blowing right winds on the
computer scenes. people who thinks that
they are the best, the priortated ones
and so on are giving our computer scene
bad reputation.

yes, i guess you know what i talking
about. NAZI'S fucking nazi's! and first
of all i must inform you that JAMAICA
as a mag and jam as a group are totally
against this kind of ideologys. and that
can i say without asking any other
member! i haven't think about the matter
that nazi's using computers will give a
bad reputation for all other computer
useres, until i read INGENIOUS BRAIN
issue 3. there it was an artilce about
that.

but i wonder how can these low-
intelegent people know if a dude is
black or white, or what his religion is?
it's no logic in that. but to have
boards which support extrme-right is not
good for anyone excpet the ones that is
using them. for the computer scene it
will cause that the society,that you are
living in will have a wrong picture of
computers. and to this is also counting
CHILD-PORNOGRAPHY!

some weeks/months the only time they
mentioned something about computers.
(not as playing machines but as that
form of computing that we do) they only
said that, that sertain dude was accused
for having child-pornography and extreme
right things on his boards.

it's time to show the society the best
part of the computer scene. the DEMOS!
demos must be the art of the 90's, if
it's not newthinking in the art what
will happen then?

some day's ago the OLYMPIC GAMES was
inaugurated, in the inaugural speech
someone, which i don't remember who it
was, wanted a silent moment for the ones
fighting in ex-yugoslavia. and he even
asked them to stop fighting. now nato
want's to bomb the whole place in pices
but will it happen?it could be the start
of the world war 3! i think it's hard
for us in the "RICH-WEST" to realise how
it is for the ones in that country.
for example i don't even care when they
say on the news that 3 where killed down
there. during the gulf war lots of hate-
demos where made about SADDAM HUSSEIN.
but this time not many people cared and
i think i know why. do you really know
what they are fighting for? do you know
why they started to fight? i DON'T! as
we don't know who we can blame then it's
harder to make demos like thoose kill
saddam demos.

in the end of SNEAKERS when everybody
can wish what they want. you might
remember the blind he said: i just want
peace. if you compere his wish with the
others, his wish sounds little. but i
guess nobody will give it to him.

what will happen to the world in the
future? do you know? do i know?

i know one thing. everything good that
the human have greated is used bad. or
to have illegal profits. look at
computers!!!! hehehe..

this not so scene related editorial but
much more important have come to it's
end.

but if this chapter is the first
chapter you read. i just hope the rest
