               interview
               yo readers!

welcome to the interview of this issue.
this time i have interviewed a guy that
you probably have heard about before..
TTS/OXYRON. well, let's start!!

?= BUMBOO/JAM
!= TTS/OXYRON

?: yo tts! please tell us something
   interesting about yourself.

!: well, i don't know if there is
   something interesting about me. i'm
21 years old, i have one brother and
sister and i still live at my parents
place. my hobbies are only my c64 and
i into the local disco called ROXY.
i am listening to independent music
like: deine lakeien, sisters of mercy
   new model army.

?: you are now in OXYRON but how did it
   all start?

!: i started my interests in computing
in summer 1981 at school. my first
machine was an SINCLAIR ZX81 where i
coded in basic. then i got my first
c64 and i started the normal things
like game collection and basic code.
in autumn 1988 i started assembler
coding. i build up the group TIF
together with akc and sid. after
YAZOO, tmu and red baron joined us we
renamed into GLOOM and produced 15
demos and some issue's of the monthly
news. then some other dudes joined
and at the BONZAI PARTY we renamed
into OXYRON and we started the demo
series COMA LIGHT. that's the story!!

?: do you think the c64 is a dying
computer? how long do you think that
the scene will be as big as today?

!: i think the c64 scene is GROWING at
the moment! more and more groups are
build up. look at the scene observer
issue 05 under group corner. more
than 300 GROUPS! in my opinion the
scene will stay until there is
   friendship in the scene.

?: are you a lamer? or what is a lamer
   for you?

!: a lamer is someone who tells shit
about other scene dudes. another kind
of lamer is someone who thinks that
   he is coolest.

?: if oxyron die, what group would you
   like to join then?

!: i think oxyron will NEVER die, even
if i will be the last guy in the
scene. it's a bit of unlancholy for
me. i think i would never leave
oxyron, but to say some group names
i would like to join TRANCE for
example, coz this group is not high
on the charts and so you have
   something to work for.

?: what do you think about disc magz?

!: in my opinion disc mags help to keep
the scene ALIVE, coz you can be
informed about the latest scene news
or partys which are going to be held.
also the charts are important coz you
see how the scene thinks about you
   and your group.

?: what do you think about the amiga
   scene?

!: the amiga scene is growing fast but
lots of dudes thinks that c64 is
nothing in comparision to the amiga.
but was has the amiga what the c64
hasn't? for example VESTORS? no, look
at ORIGO and HORIZON! i think the
friendship at c64 is much better but
there are also cool groups on amiga
   like: anarchy, silents, rebels.

?: are you in LOVE with your c64?
!: of coz i am! the birthday of my
lovely machine is the 26.04. and
always before i go sleeping i give
her some KISSES. try SEX with c64!!

?: some greets?

!: well, that's difficult as i'm sitting
in a bus in order to drive to axis.
i want to see his new routines for
COMA LIGHT 8. but now some brain-
sorted greets to contacts: nuke, c18,
   incubus, venice, walker, tmm,
   bitnapper, deathstralker, carrion,
   chronos, woise, andre, mac, slator,
   elegance, drago, silver, kreator,
   pete dosset, canabis, dave, asmodis,
   testicle... other greets to some
people i hope to meet at some soon
   comming partys: boogaloo, bob, mac,
   incubus, ecco, technoir, drax, goblin
yup... of coz also greets to all
group members of oxyron and all those
who helped me in the long time since
   TIF/GLOOM/OXYRON.

?: see ya and thanx for the interview!!!

!: i have to thank you for interviewing
   me!
that's all from tts. i hope you liked
this interview as much as i did.
i know that i promissed you two
interviews in this issue, but all
doesn't go like it should everytime..
but i try again to give you two
   interviews to the next issue.

            yours faithfully: BUMBOO/JAM
