in here you can find 3 reviews of 1 NEW
and 2 OLD demos...

CONSPIRE/OREGON
----------------------------------------
INTRO: text is printed on the screen as
someone is typing it on a pc...
then it asks information about
the computer...
a VECTOR CBM64 is shown and turns
in all positions.
after these texts big letters
appear saying "THIS IS CONSPIRE"
not all at once but it's a bit
hard to explain!
PART1: this is the CREDITSPART...
you see some big MOUNTAINS down
on the screen...
the credits get displayed in the
middle. on the upper part of the
screen there is a TURNING OREGON
logo which sometimes changes in a
CONSPIRE logo with different
TECH-TECH datas!
an OLD MUSIC is playing!
PART2: in here you can see a lot of BOBS
which can make 7 DIFFERENT SHAPES
you can control the SHAPES and
the ZOOM with a joystick...
you listen to a nice TUNE and
also the GRAPHIX are nice.
PART3: 302 SPRITES are now in the screen
which are divined into 4,much too
fast,scrollers...
there's an EXPANDED SPRITE OREGON
logo on the right...
behind the sprites there is,also
in upperborder,a text saying:
"OREGON..QUALITY IS NEVER OUT OF
STYLE"...
the MUSIC was okay...
PART4: a very BIG BALL BOUNCING on a big
scroller...
there's a little GREETS DISPLAYER
in the middle of the screen!
there is a nice LOGO,but the big
CHARSET is much better!
i can't remember the music,sorry!
PART5: VECTORS which can show 8 SHAPES.
when it's calculating you can see
an AVERAGE CONSPIRE logo...
there's also a little scroll in
the DOWN border...
PART6: on the upper part of the screen
there is a very big F.L.I.-SCROLL
under it there's a big logo and
mountains...
there's also a little MTV logo
turning...
LOADER: it is a FASTLOADER but doesn't
work on my computer!!

ICE CREAM CASTLE/CREST
----------------------------------------
ICE CREAM CASTLE:
a funny looking guy is walking over the
beach and stops at an ICE-CREAM STALL.
now you can select the parts you want
to see...
if you don't select any,you will pass
the stall and walk away...
"THE END" will be printed!!
ICE CREAM RECIPE:
in here the CREDITS and GREETINGS are
shown...
with the credits the COLOR of the ICE
is in the color that is familiar with
the name of the part!!
on the down part of the screen,there's
a picture of a CASTLE...
VANILA ICE:
a very big scroll is at the bottom of
the screen...
you listen to a real nice music...
on the rest of the screen there's a
40 CURSOR WIDE F.L.I. logo,NO F.L.I.
BORDER,which is: -TURNING
-SINKING
-STRECHING
-SINGLE PIXEL FLD
and all with a MIRROR under it.
CHOCOLATE ICE:
in here there's the first REAL $D011
split...
there is a real cool picture on the
screen and also the rest of the screen
is cool...
the music is a fabulous one!!
BANANA ICE:
welcome to the 120 MULTIPLEXED SPRITES!
there is no music and the scrolling is
a bit too fast...
there's a real nice PICTURE!
PINE APPLE ICE:
there's a real funky MUSIC playing and
also a FANTASTIC LOGO...
there's a little text-display in 1X1
charset.
the main thing is the 3X3 SCROLLER in
SIDEBORDER which does: -MIRROR
-STRECHING
-S.PIXEL FLD
-TURNING
-TWO FLDs...
on my television there's a little
flicker in the left border!!
ORANGE ICE:
7 HIRES pictures are moving over the
screen with an EXPANDED scroller on
top of them!
there's a nice MUSIC...
all pictures were taken from the game
"DEFENDERS OF THE CROWN"
APPLE ICE:
in here it's something new...
there's a 16 SPRITE MULTIPLEXER but
every sprite has 3 SEPERATE colors!!
there's a real cool SNAKE picture
behind it,and also the charset and
sprites are nice!
the music is allright!
PENUTS ICE:
OVERLACE:SINGLE COLOR SCROLLER over a
great MULTICOLOR HIRES picture!
there are no SPRITES USED,well
that's what they say!
that's all the action there is.
but ofcourse there's also a
cool MUSIC!
ALMOND ICE:
this part starts with an 1X1 scroller...
the next and last thing that appears
are 8 VERTICAL RASTERS!!
a real FAB MUSIC is playing!!
LEMON ICE:
it starts with a GREAT MUSIC and a very
strange 1X1 SCROLLER over a colorfull
ball!
then there come 3 FLI pictures moving
over your screen!!
these pictures contain some GREAT
logos and also a picture of HITLER.
you can press FIRE to stop the mover!
PEACH ICE:
OLD MUSIC but NICE GRAPHICS. on top of
the screen there's a SINGLE PIXEL FLD
of a MULTICOLOR LOGO over ANIMATED
FLI.
there's also a nice 5X4 scroller on
the downer part of the screen.
PISTACHIO ICE:
600 SPRITES over the screen with a not
so cool tune...
press space to stop the music...
if the music is off you can pull your
joystick:-RIGHT to get RASTERS
-LEFT for no RASTERS
-DOWN for EXPANDED SPRITES
-UP for NORMAL SPRITES
or press fire to stop the sprites...
STRAWBERRY ICE:
there's a big SIDEBORDER logo with a
MEGA DYCP over it (also in SIDEBORDER)
there's a little text-display of 5
LINES and a very UGLY 5X5 SCROLLER.
CHERRY ICE:
40 F.L.I. splits and a nice logo...
down on the screen you'll find 109
RASTER SPLITS...
there goes an 8 SPRITE SCROLLER over
the 40 fli-splits...
the MUSIC is a REMIX of some of the
best "JEROEN TEL"-musics...
LOADER:
this loader can be really irritating as
it will load the parts in the ORDER
you selected!!
it is possible that you've to turn the
disk after every part!!
for the rest it's a fast-loader that
doesn't fuck up!
not even on my computer!!

LETHAL DISPLAY IV/BONZAI
----------------------------------------
INTRO: it all begins with a ZOOMER in
ALL BORDERS saying:
"*BONZAI* PRESENTS" letter after
letter...
after this a giga hires logo of
"LETHAL DISPLAY" bounces on the
screen...
there also appears some giga UGLY
sprites on the screen saying "IV"
behind this comes a very big
scroll in a rather cool charset!
the part goes away smoothly!
PART1: small FILLED and HIDDEN VECTORS.
there are 3 DIFFERENT SHAPES.
it's possible to see through some
of the objects...
the MUSIC is nice but the graphix
aren't too good!
the part breaks up too!
PART2: this is a part with a very big
logo...
it doesn't look that special but
the logo is drawn in a new kind
of graphix: AMIGA RESOLUTION...
this means that there are 320X200
PIXELS...
when you check the logo close,you
can see the small pixels...
in the downborder there's an
expanded scroller...
when you PRESS FIRE the block
that shows the logo stops and you
can move this when you pull your
joystick left or right!
PART3: a 4X4 UPSCROLL is going up (?)
after a while it start to turn!!
this really looks cool!
there's also a little,nice BONZAI
logo under it!!
the MUSIC is cool!!
the part breaks up too!
PART4: HIDDEN,BURNING VECTORS...
this really looks cool!
what's happening is that you see
a HIDDEN VECTOR BOX turning with
little partsof other BOXES around
it!!
you get the best picture of it
when you continualy change the
ZOOMER!!
the rest of the graphix is the
ROM CHARSET...
the MUSIC really fits the part!!
this part also ends nice!
PART5: here is a cool MUSIC and a nice
CHARSET...
this part contains 5 HIRES-AMIGA-
RESOLUTION (320X200)-DIGITIZED-
PORNO-PICTURES bouncing on the
screen!
when you PRESS FIRE ya can choose
between one of the 5 PICTURES.
to control the SCROLL-SPEED pull
LEFT or RIGHT!
also a nice ending here...
PART6: a GREAT HIRES logo is BOUNCING on
the screen...
a real strange scroll is going
over the screen. it's somekind of
D.Y.X.P.P. in a mirror...
it looks like the one in the
VISION-intro on AMIGA...
the music in this part is really
marvelous!
PART7: here we got the UGLIEST part in
the whole demo!!
there's a real puky logo and the
music makes me sick!!
the coding is really good as this
part features a 3D VECTOR SCROLL.
too bad the rest isn't so cool!
PART8: this is the true OPPOSITE of the
part before this one...
in here you find one of the BEST
logos in the whole demo and also
the other graphix are cool!
the MUSIC is one of the best ever
on the upper part of the screen
is the BEST'n'COOLEST BOBSCROLLS!
although the charset looked a bit
MULTI COLOR!!
a little "MORE THEN JUST A TREE"-
logo is moving around the screen,
and also 2 BIGGER "BZ"-logos are
moving over the BOBSCROLL.
PART9: THE END...
the MUSIC is cool and so is the
FIREWORK...
there's a big BONZAI logo in
BLOCKS printed on the screen,and
sometimes it goes away...
(sorry,bit hard to explain!)
there's also a big SALUTE TEXT on
the screen...
you can FREEZE the FIREWORK with
the SPACEBAR.
LOADER: they used a very fast FASTLOADER
it even works on my computer,so
don't be afriad that it won't
work on yours!!

also this is one of the BEST demos...
sometimes the GRAPHIX was not too good
and using the ROM CHARSET is the worst
you can do!
you better get this MASTERPIECE!!
