Unlike most other mags we won't give
points for tools. Those releases will
     get mentioned but that's it!!

________________________________________
SEUCK GAMES,BASIC GAMES, COMPILED BASIC
GAMES and such games that were done
using a GAME MAKER will be ignored as
        well as TEXT ADVENTURES!

________________________________________
Whenever we think somebody did some-
 thing special or something outstanding
we will add one point to the normal
amount of points. It's also possible to
get 1 extra point for a ware which
  normally doesn't deserve any points!

          \/ PROPAGANDA \/

________________________________________
We just want to point out again that all
games have to be in English. Graphics in
a different language don't have to be
changed to get the first-release. But
you can either earn extra points by
doing it as well as getting a point
reduction for not doing it. It just
  doesn't matter for the first-release
          but for the points!

The following boards have been taken
   into consideration whilst creating
            these charts...

            DREAM PARK - XXXXXXXXXXXX
  HOLIDAY INN CAMBODIA - XXXXXXXXXXXX
           DOWN BY LAW - XXXXXXXXXXXX
           THE DUNGEON - XXXXXXXXXXXX
       THE EVIL ISLAND - XXXXXXXXXXXX
             DEAD ZONE - XXXXXXXXXXXX

              Please note:
              ____________
 1. Dream Park got a new number!
 2. Dead Zone entered the list of major
    boards which automatically means
that we don't have any '2nd class'
    boards anymore.

                                  ACCEPT
-28.O points ACCEPT
________________________________________
Last issue we gave them O.1 point for as
as good as nothing but this time they've
to get punished like nobody else before!
They set up a new record by uploading 3
re-releases. Infact the first game put
out by them was a RE-RE-RELEASE. They
re-released LATENT FUSION from AVT which
Palace already re-released before. This
deserves -14 points instead of -7 pts.
Now they re-released SPOOK which already
got released by Hardcore and Glory way
before. Last but not least they managed
to put out the Pal only re-release of
SLATERMAN which already got released by
F4CG before. Thumbs up, dudes! You can't
get worse!?

ALPHA FLIGHT
ALPHA FLIGHT 25.3 points
________________________________________
They started their flight with the fixed
version of PAYDAY (4.O points) copyright
by CP-Verlag. Please note that TRC+SCS
released this game way before but their
version was Pal only. Finally Ignorance
managed to do a proper version of ORBITS
from Taboo Productions/CP-Verlag. Not
that they only managed to make a crack
out of the original... Peacemaker also
fixed it (5.O points). Next they came up
with the fixed version of PACBALL from
Paradize Software, a German budget game.
Too bad for TRSI that they didn't manage
to get their version fixed as they put
it out Pal only way before (6.5 points).

Now AFL shocked everybody with the Pal &
Ntsc version of COMPLEX but unfortunate-
ly their fix turned out not to be 1OO%.
Later on they release a fix-file (-1 p).
All in all they still get 4.O points for
their brill version of COMPLEX. Their
next release was a coop release along
with M8: MEMOLOGIE from Cherry Software
that already got released Pal only by
F4CG way before. Points will be shared
between both AFL and M8 (2.O pts). Now
the AFL plane crashed by re-releasing
KLEPKOMANIA preview (Pal/Ntsc). They
thought it would be the complete game
but infact it turned out to be exactly
the same preview put out by F4CG way
before. Even the fact that they Ntsc
fixed this preview won't allow me not to

punish them with -7 points. Now they
came up with a FAST version of ROLL OVER
copyright by CP-Verlag. Nobody knows why
but this game didn't need a Ntsc fix.
Due to the fact that they made a mistake
on the unlimited time trainer (choose
yes and the time won't count down any-
more which means that you will never be
able to leave this specific level) we'll
give -1 for this cracking bug. Still
they get 3 points for ROLL OVER. Now
they came up with a nice-looking preview
called PRO-DOES from HIS-Team (O.5 pts).
It got rumours that this only might be
a demo-part of a soon coming trackmo but
nothing has been proven. Last but not
least they released 2 games which didn't
need a Ntsc-fix: DARK STAR from Magna

Media (3.7 points) and CYBERBALL (1OO%)
from APS/CP-Verlag (3.6 points). TRC+SCS
released this game way before but their
version wasn't 1OO%.

                              AVANTGARDE
6O.8 points AVANTGARDE
________________________________________
They started with 3 Polish games copy-
right by Marex: ARMY DAYS (3.3 points),
GANGSTER (3.4 pts) and GHOSTTOWN (4.6).
ARMY DAYS and GANGSTER didn't need a
Ntsc fix whilst GHOSTTOWN got fixed by
EMPIRE. Now just another Polish game had
to bite the dust: ASHIDO (Pal/Ntsc) from
Inflexion Development @ by Tim Soft. AVT
gets 1 extra point added to the normal

score as they did not only translate the
game from Polish to English but also
changed the Polish gfx to English gfx.
All in all they get 5.1 pts for ASHIDO.
Next they came up with a text-adventure
(no points) from Commodore Format called
DARKEST ROAD followed by a preview (also
distributed by Commodore Format) from
Scruffy Bits titled ARTRIS (O.6 points).
Now they uploaded yet another Polish
game which didn't need a Ntsc-fix called
TIME TRAVELLER @ by Marex (3.3 points).
Finally they released their first German
game called MINESWEEPER from Patience @
by CP-Verlag which got fixed by Peace-
maker of Alpha Flight (4.5 points). Next
they released the Pal/Ntsc version of an
English budget game named DEADLINE @ by

Visualize (6.7 points). Motiv8 released
this game a few days before but due to
the fact that they released it Pal only,
points will be given to AVT instead. Now
AVT stroke back with yet another Polish
ware called TRISS (Pal/Ntsc) copyright
by L.K. Avalon. They put out 2 versions
of this game. The first one was still in
Polish and the second one was finally in
English which means that AVT gets -1 pt.
for a 2nd version. Still they get 3.5
points (4.5 - 1.O = 3.5). Their next
target was the long awaited Pal/Ntsc
version of a budget game MEAN CAR @ by
Cherry Software. AVT include a text-page
infront of their intro saying that they
got the original from F4CG and therefore
want to share the points with F4CG. This

causes some trouble as F4CG already got
all Pal points for their earlier version
in the last issue of Propaganda. Anyway,
half the points + 1 point for the fix
will be handed over to AVT (3.6 points)
but F4CG won't get points again! Now AVT
provided us with the Pal/Ntsc version of
the Electric Boys Entertainment Software
cracking-compo game called CHICKEN. AVT
declared their fix as a 99.99 % fix but
still we will give the Pal and Ntsc
points. Why? Let me quote the USA#1 game
tester, Ultimate Hacker... "THE FLICKER
(WHICH HARDLY EVER HAPPENS) IS BARELY
NOTICEABLE AND DOESN'T AFFECT THE GAME
PLAY. THE MAIN POINT IS - IT'S NOT WORTH
RECODING THE WHOLE THING TO GET IT TO
WORK 1OO%. IF YOU LOOK VERY HARD, ANY

FIXES WITH SOME COPLEXITY ARE NORMALLY
99% ONLY ANYWAY. IF AVT WOULD HAVE
CALLED IT A 1OO% FIX - NOBODY WOULD HAVE
NOTICED ANYWAY!" So in this special case
points (6.5 pts/budget) will be given.
Now AVT came up with 3 tools (no points)
called CENIMATE (Pal/Ntsc) copyright by
CP-Verlag (coded by Bob of Censor) and
CONTACT HOLDER and CONNTACT CONVERTOR
(both done by Intruder/AVT). After that
they managed to release the one and only
Magna Media game this month called
GEOMETRIC 2 (3.8/Pal) followed by a ware
that caused some trouble (again): BOMBI
from Marex/Vermes (Pal/Ntsc). It had
rumours that the AVT version only might
be a 2nd preview (F4CG released a prv.
aswell before!) but then MORRIS showed

everybody the final version of BOMBI at
X-95 and infact the AVT version was the
1OO% version. Therefore points will be
given (5.6 points). One bonus point has
been given as Avantgarde also changed
the Polish graphics to English graphics
(see rules!!). Next AVT provided us with
an advanced preview of KOSHIMO from
Direct Designs (O.5) followed by another
English game called SQUARE SCAPE 2 from
Commodore Format/M+P (4.6 points/Pal and
Ntsc). Last but not least they came up
with 2 unplayable previews... THE HOUSE
(O.2 pts/English) and ZONE OF DARKNESS
from Taboo Productions, a killer of a
preview (1.O points).

CHROMANCE
CHROMANCE 2.3 points
________________________________________
Again a rather slow period for <C> but
still they managed to release a brill
preview of LONG LIFE (1.O points) from
576 KByte. Next they followed the new
fashion and re-released JABCOJADA which
already got released by TROEP & GARBAGE
way before (-7.O points). Even TRC+SCS
helped them out by fixing a ware for
them... NUTS -IN THE WORLD OF FANTASY @
by Byte Fighters. TRC+SCS gets the fix-
point only whilst Chromance gets 4.O
points. Next the Hungarian posse came
up with RISK @ by Artgame which didn't
need a Ntsc-fix (3.O points). Unfortuna-
tely they put out their 2nd re-release

named STARS AND RINGS which already got
released by RIFF RAFFS way before (-7!).
Finally they stroke back with two more
regular releases (both fixed) called
MEMORY 2 (4.3 points) and FIFTH BALL
from Therapy (4.O points).

                                   DYTEC
O.O points DYTEC
________________________________________
Dytec had their premiere release after
the coop with HANSEAT @ by CP-Verlag.
But as their version is Pal only and as
it is still in German we simply can't
even give 1 extra point.

F CG
F4CG 4.1 points
________________________________________
F4CG slowed down their activities a lot
but still they managed to put out this
and that. They started with a preview
called WORM from Genetic Display (O.3)
followed by a strange game called JUMP-
BALL (Pal) @ by Biuro Informatyczno
Wydawnicze (3.O points). Remarkable is
that Antitrack did something again! Now
even F4CG started to fix their own wares
and put out MINEFIELD from Assasin Soft.
Please note that F4CG released this game
Pal only before and therefore will get
the fix-point only. Last but not least
they came up with 2 previews... HYPER
CARS from Treshold Productions (O.3) and

KLEPKOMANIA from Vermes (O.5 points).
They also released a Pal/Ntsc version
of MINEFIELD from Biuro Informatyczna
Wydawnicze but somehow forgot that this
game already got fixed for them by
Empire some time ago. Therefore we won't
count this release at all. Neither plus
points nor minus points will be given as
you simply can't re-release your own
games.

MOTIV
MOTIV8 7.5 points
________________________________________
They started off with ROTATION CRAZE @
by Loadstar. As this game is partly in

Basic and partly in m/l it didn't need
fix at all (3.O points). The next game
they first-released was DYSTOPIA (Ntsc &
Pal) from Visualize (6.O). Now they came
up with DOUBLE COPY from CP-Verlag but
no points will be given as this is only
a tool. Once more they released a Load-
star game called S'WORDS (3.O). This
ware didn't need a Pal-fix aswell. Now
they came up with COMPARE 2 from Markt
und Technik (?), fixed by AFL. After
having a closer look at that game we at
Propaganda found out that it's just the
same game like KONCEPT'92 from Twice
Effect @ by CP-Verlag. Propaganda even
spoke to Leo Burkert at Markt & Technik
and he has never seen or heared of a
game called COMPARE. Leo didn't even

know the names of the supposed makers
of Comapre 1 and 2. This leads to one
conclusion... Both Compare 1 and 2 are
fake games as the game originally got
coded by Twice Effect. Twice Effect told
Propaganda that they will even go to
court along with CP-Verlag if they ever
find out who is responsible for ripping
their game. Let's get back to the
release charts... COMPARE 2 will be
ignored, so no points will be given at
all. Now M8 released their 3rd Loadstar
game (already working Pal/Ntsc) called
ACES UP. As this game is a Basic game
no points will be given. Then M8 and AFL
provided us with their 2nd coop release:
MEMOLOGIE from Keen Acid @ by Cherry
Software. This game got released by F4CG

way before (Pal only) but unfortunately
they didn't get it Ntsc fixed in time.
Points will be shared between M8 and AFL
(2.O points). Whilst all members of M8
try hard to compete in the world of
releases and points M8's latest member
named Mizar came along and re-released
BESIEGED. He upped the M8 version to THE
EVIL ISLAND whilst the Onslaught version
was already online and well spread on
the majority of the US boards (-7 pts).
Last but not least they came up with two
more previews called AVOID'EM from Dee-
Lite/Dynamic Arts (O.2 points) and OOPS
from Abort Software (O.3 points).

                      ONSLAUGHT HARDCORE
23.7 points ONSLAUGHT+HARDCORE
________________________________________
Onslaught released a LOT of wares and a
LOT of those wares unfortunately don't
deserve any points at all. They started
off with TELNYR I - THE STONE OF TELNYR
(c) by Brunswick Publications. This game
won't get any points as it's a Basic
game. Next they upped TRIO (c) by Load-
star. As this is a text adventure no
points will be given. Now they came up
with 2 more Basic games which won't get
any points aswell... BESIEGED and FROG
FANNY both (c) by Softdisc Publishing.
Next they put out another Loadstar game
which finally deserves some points...
MORTROX which didn't need a Pal fix

gets 3.O points. For a change they
released an updated version of good old
DMC... DMC V4.0 PRO (no points). Now
they released 2 previews from Wildstyle
Productions... BOLO 2 (O.2 points) and
TWIN TERRORS (O.3 pts). All of a sudden
they surprised everybody with their 1OO%
release of an Hungarian full-price game
called LONG LIFE (Pal/Ntsc) copyright by
by 576 KByte (9.O pts). The last thang
released by them was TOOL COLLECTION #1
(tools = no points!). Please note that
both CAPTAIN CACTUS and CRYPTIES PV were
fake [O] releases. [O] ain't responsible
for those 2 releases! At least that's
what they say! Nearly forgot: Their
version of FLUMMI'S WORLD won't get any
points as it's not 1OO% on Ntsc AND Pal!

Now Onslaught went into coop with Hard-
core and they started with a well-known
ware called MEGA THRUSTERBALL @ by Load-
star. This game already got released by
Legend (fixed by TSM) nearly half a year
ago but [O] stated that this version is
the sales version which also includes
some small improvements done by Bacchus
of Fairlight (3.5 points). Next the new
coop released just another Loadstar
game which looks like a game from 1985:
FIREBUG (3.O points) followed by THE
HOUSE (Pal/Ntsc) from Expression @ by
CP-Verlag (4.7 points).

                                 TRC SCS
16.3 points TRC+SCS
________________________________________
A rather slow period for TRC+SCS mainly
caused by the organising of X-95!! The
ruling cooperation started with a small
preview of LOGIC from Villains (O.3 pts)
followed by a very nice Polish game
called FRUITMANIA copyright by CP-Verlag
(Pal/Ntsc). We'll give TRC+SCS minus
one point as they had to put out a 2nd
version due to a bug in the trainer
menu. Still they get 3.8 points for
FRUITMANIA. Now they came up with three
previews in a row... EROTICA (O.8 pts),
VISION (O.8 points) from Intergrity
Productions and SONNY (O.9 points). Now
they released an utility (no pts) called
TASM V5.5, a turbo assembler with Xmem

support followed by BLACK QUIZ (Pal and
Ntsc) from APS @ CP-Verlag (4.4 points).
Next they released MAGAZINE @ CP-Verlag
which got fixed by DEMONIX (4.5 points).
Last but not least they came up with 2
previews called BASE ATTACK (O.6 pts.)
and WATCH IT (O.2 points).

TRISTAR RED SECTOR INC
TRISTAR/RED SECTOR INC. O.7 points
________________________________________
They only mmanaged to release a fine
preview called NO NAME. NO NAME is a
name given to this preview by TRSI as
the game itself even doesn't have a name
yet!

                                   XENON
O.4 points XENON
________________________________________
And once again Xenon provided us with a
bunch of previews... DANGER BALL from
Jer/Panic/No Name (O.2 points), RAZ from
Freeline Intercore (O.1 points) and LOST
MAZE from Virtual Factor (O.1 points).
At least they came up with their 4th
preview called ALIEN WAR. This preview
doesn't even deserve O.1 points. Somehow
Xenon should try to get their hands on
some quality wares. Make sure not to
miss the "Game Ower" at the end of
Danger Ball! _
