 Well, spring is in the air (along with
 the rest of the pollution) and here we
  are again... To bring you the latest
 good/bad/interesting/boring/tasteless
 news that we all can't live without...
  Well, maybe you can but think of how
          boring it would be!!

  Before we go on, again I will remind
  you to call or write us and send us
 your votes, news, and articles. We had
 a good response this month and hope it
          continues this way!

   First of all, the PROPAGANDA staff
    would like to wish all of you a
             HAPPY EASTER!

 So what's been going on this month you
 ask? Well read the mag. you fool! This
 is the part of the mag. that I get to
go on and on about nothing of importance
       and put you all to sleep!

As you remember, last month the feedback
  section was left out but it is back
  again, and next month we will have a
   cartoon section (color of course)!
  None of this black and white junk...
 If an artist can't draw a decent comic
 in color, then his art program should
   be formatted and he should take up
          stamp collecting!!!


If anyone has read last month's issue of
 PIRATES you would have seen the comics
 that were drawn of us. Hahaha!! Pretty
  weird I must say... They looked like
  a fast idea put down on paper. I say
  this because the ones of me were so
 badly drawn. Maybe GOTCHA sent in the
 unfinished versions... In one comic I
  was missing an arm!!! Oh well, maybe
    next time he will get it right.

  And there was talk of a pic that was
 of ANTICHRIST. RADAR and a few others
are saying that this was not a real pic
 and that it was a phony. Just to clear
 that up, It IS a TRUE picture of him.

 I hate black and white pics in a mag.
 They just never seem to look right...
But I guess they're better than nothing.

  Anyhow... JANEC and DUKE are calling
  out again. Glad to see this. It was
  pretty scary for a while with these
 busts. DUKE played it safe and is now
  in the states living with MUTANT-X!
I hope the worst is over down there and
DOM can get back to where they left off.
The wares were flowing from them before
         this disaster struck.

  TRISTAN also returned after a small
 break from the monitor. And he's still
           as crazy as ever.
     (What a lamey Smurf he is!!!)

I give a long Buuuuuuuurrp to you Scott!
 When will that intro be finished so we
can see a BURP explosion on our drives?!



Anyhow speaking of intros, I was hoping
 that the new PROPAGANDA intro would be
  done in time for this issue, but sad
  to say, we will have to use this one
   for a last time. SES is working on
   the new intro at the present time.

 Concerning the charts we would like to
 see more people voting. The votes that
 we did get were counted accurately,but
  the more people that vote the fairer
 the charts will be. So please give us
five minutes of your time and leave your
 votes in Feedback to us or mail them,
because even one person's votes can make
    a big difference in the charts.





Something strange happened when we were
typing the text out, there was an earth-
quake at Oliver's house... I was reading
  text to him and he was typing it out
 (we take turns) when his house started
   to shake. (And so did he!!) SCARY
 thing to have happen! But as dedicated
  as he is, the first thing he thought
 of was to save the text-file, so while
   the ground was shaking (along with
  Jolly Ollie) he was bravely packing
  the PROPAGANDA files. Never say our
        staff is not dedicated.
