                 CHARTS
                 ______
Gosh, man! When I looked through the
voting-papers I just couldn't believe
it!! Do really only complete FOOLS vote?
See,I got papers with stupid votes like:
-BEST DEMO GROUP:
 1.BONZAI
 2.COLLISION -BEST SINGLE CRACKER:
 3.DEATHOY 1.TERMINATOR/X-RATED
 4.CHROMANCE 2.TONY/COLLISION Oh NOO!
 5.TRIAD 3.DOC
 8.G*P
 7.TAT -BEST GRAPHIC ARTISTS:
 8.INCERIA 1.MR.OLLIE/CROSS WHAT?!
              2.COKE/TRL DESIGN Who?
              3.EROTYC/DUPLEX Hugh?

COLLISION?!? DEATHOY?!? INCERIA?!?

-BEST CODERS:
 1.DOMIX/COLLISION I can't believe it!
 2.SES/G*P
 3.CURLIN/TRIAD <Hahahaha!!

This shit was voted by AL BUNDY/CLIQUE.

EXOTYC/DUPLEX voted:

-BEST SINGLE CRACKERS:
 1.BOD <Even I'm better than him!
 2.DOC Doc,Powerplant,Snacky,
 3.POWERPLANT Dogfriend and Jihad are
 4.SNACKY 1OO times better than
5.XXX BOD. Anyone who has the
 6.HTT slightest bit of know-
 7.GOBLIN ledge about cracking
 8.DOGFRIEND knows that.
 9.SPITFIRE <CRISP and JIHAD are
10.JIHAD way better than Spitty.

DEAN/ALPHAFLIGHT sent this crap:
-BEST OVERALL GROUPS:
1.FLASH INC. Well,FLASH are cool dudes
2.DOM and a VERY good demogroup,
3.I+T but do they crack? No,they
 4.BONZAI only make demos. DOM,I+T
 5.PANDORA and PANDORA can't code...
              So,from all the groups on
              this list only BONZAI is
              an 'alround-group'.

-BEST MAGS:
1.PROPAGANDDA <Get out of my ass!
 2.BILD-ZEITUNG
3.CORRUPTION <Did you see an issue?
 4.INDEPENDENT <What about SHOCK?
 5.BRUTAL RECALL

CHRIS/PANDORA sent me this shit:
-BEST SINGLE CRACKERS
 1.POWERPLANT
2.DERBY RAM <If Derbyshire Ram is going
 3.SNACKY to read this,he will
              probably die of laughing.

I talked to some elite-people from many
different groups (I.e. Action+Victims)
and they all agreed that charts are
complete BULLSHIT! Only LAMERS vote...
See,an elite-coder,who really knows who
is a GOOD coder and who is NOT,is always
too lazy to vote. No elite-cracker would
send his votings to any magazine because
he has better things to do. Did anyone
of you ever get votings from SNACKY? Or
from POWERPLANT? From ANTITRACK? From
DOC? No. They crack, they don't really
care what all these 1O.OOO magazines

write. 98% of the people who vote are
little lamers (mostly swappers) who just
want to get their adress into some
magazine-contact-corners. But they don't
know a shit about cracking,coding,music
or graphics. They are not even on the
boards so they never know who has a
first release. All the games they get
are some days old,so all these people
who vote are stupid,blind,brainless
cows. So,all the charts are complete
bullshit. I know,SEX'N'CRIME invented
them, but they are bullshit anyway. See,
it's IMPOSSIBLE to get realistic charts
when 98% of the people who send voting-
papers don't know anything at all. They
THINK BOD is a good cracker... While
real crackers KNOW BOD can't crack shit.
Well,I guess you get the point.

And what about votings from the boards?
There's a lot of 'elite' folks on the
boards,so they could vote,right?!
BUUUULLSHIIIT! See,just because I am in
GENESIS does not mean I know anything
about cracking. Just because SKATER is
in CENSOR he doesn't know anything about
coding. Most people on the boards are
American runners or Euro leechers and
none of them knows shit about anything,
even though they might be in a pretty
famous group.
All they can judge on is who puts out a
lot and who doesn't. So,they could say
who is active and who is not,but as
almost everybody is in war with anyone
(NEI vs EMPIRE,ACTION vs LEGEND,TALENT
vs VICTIMS... Whatever...) nobody is
really objective. NEI would never vote
for EMPIRE and EMPIRE would never admit

that NEI is quite good. So,the people
involved would never really be fair...
Well,I could say I don't give a shit
and really count all the voting-papers
and if you wouldn't like the charts you
would say I cheat,so all my work was for
nothing. ...But,no way,I am not going to
spend 1O days to count hundreds of
completely senseless lamer-votings.

We made up our own rankings last month
and we do it again this month. I did not
make them up alone (Who am I to decide
who is a good coder or cracker?) but I
talked to some (competent) freaks. For
example: JIHAD,SNACKY and some other
crackers told me who are GOOD CRACKERS.
Well,what I'm trying to say is,although
rankings can never be objective,we think
the rankings in PROPAGANDA are by far

more representative and realistic than
ANY charts in ANY magazine.
We try to be fair. If you like them,
fine. If you don't like them, don't read
them. We told you before, there are a lot
of other magazines you can read instead.

Maybe we will invent another system to
present the scene, but we will definitely
not publish any charts anymore. Maybe we
will do something similar to what we did
in BAD NEWS... Every issue we will ask
a famous (good) cracker about his
personal cracker-rankings,a famous coder
about his personal coder-rankings,a
famous artist about his artist-rankings
etc.etc. I guess THAT is the ONLY fair
way. Anyway, here are our rankings for
this month.

Yeuch! This demo is bad,and I mean BAD.

to see extremely BAD logos,BAD coding
and BAD design, and oooold ripped musics.
An ancient credo says: Don't code a demo
if you can't code a demo...

I loooove these weird PANORAMIC demos!
Again a small one-filer,again many funny
ideas... This demo is dedicated to the
good old days and the good old coders:
The routines are oldies, the musics are
ancient. This demo is better than any
museum!

As the name says,it's all about vectors.
And it's pretty cool! A lot of animated
vectors, and I mean animated. Seems like
TRIUMWYRAT are Hungary's #1 demo group.
