Q.please tell our readers about yourself
(age,weight,height,hair+eye colour)

A.i am 28 years old at the moment,i am
180CM tall and i weigh,yes come on
wayne how much do you weigh,well about
130KG'S. question is readers do we
beleive wayne or not? i have brown
hair and eyes.

Q.how long have you been on the scene?

A.i have been on the scene actively for
the past 12 months,but i have been a
collector of 64 software 12 months
prior to that.

Q.in your opinion what can the scene do
to keep its head above water?

A.there should be a lot more products
(releases) done by all groups. past
few months especally in AUSTRALIA only
a couple of groups are producing. if
we want to keep the scene alive,much
more interest from ALL groups must be
shown.

Q.how many contacts do you have at the
present?

A.including AUSTRALIANS i have around
the 75 mark.

Q.where did you get your handle from?
what inspired you to choose this one?

A.it was difficult at first to select a
name that was not being used by some-
one else,then i was watching t.v. when
it hit me. it was a cowboy movie and
there was a lot of action revolving
around the RUSTLING CREWS so i thought
of the name RUSTLER.

Q.tell us about your life style upto now

A.this answer readers came across the
phone in the background (which happen
to be his mother) boring,he does very
little during the day but play his
COMPUTER. now that put WAYNE on the
spot. his reply to this can't be
printed due to the LIBEL LAWS of this
country,he answered that he enjoys
life to the fullest,hates copying and
is still waiting for MISS RIGHT to
come his way.

Q.what groups have you been in?

A.to start with DAVID i was originally a
member of T.S.R. left after a short
time later and joined ORBITAL also
left this group and eventually joined
PULSAR which i was in for quite awhile
then left to join OPTIMA but this did
not work out so i rejoined T.S.R. & i
am very happy to be back with my old
MOTHER GROUP.

Q.what jobs do you do in your group?

A.i am co-editor of THE LINK MAG (which
i might add has just climbed to the
NO 1 position). also 2IC and swap
controller as well as doing a review
section for the mag.

Q.what future do you see for your group?

A.i think it will (with the help of our
members) go along way. we are lucky
in having a well balanced group,with
members willing to give up their time
to help with the running of the group.
i think that if all groups can pull
together this way the scene here will
go along way.

Q.have you ever been interviewed before?

A.yes,i was interviewed by the mag EPIC
some time ago,but its nice to be asked
again espically when its your own mag.

Q.how many AUSTRALIAN and EUROPEAN scene
members have you met?

A.unfortunately i have never met any
scene member from overseas,but one day
i hope to have the privilege. i have
met several OZZIES over the past 12
months,from HYPE,PARALAX,SUICIDE,TSR,
ORBITAL,THE CURE,MSR,.

Q.tell us your favourite things (food,
drink,sex,etc...)?

A.all take away food,love JIM BEAN,COKE,
hooked on COFFEE. i like all science
fiction movies as well as action movie
and of course i like my sex partner to
be a female.

A.back biting,there is too much of this
BULLSHIT going on and the lack of OZ
wares to spread.

Q.can you please tell us about yourself.
(age.height.weight.hair+eye colour)?

A.when i'm not in the computer created
realm,i use the name GABOR BOLLA. i
was born in 1974 in BUDAPEST,HUNGARY.
the circumstances were strange because
another coolie had been born in 1974
years earlier. nowdays i'm 185CM tall
and got a weight of 56 KGS. you'd
better not imagine me (my nickname was
'thread' in kindergarten)! both my
hair and eyes are BROWN. my glasses
make my face look even uglier than it
is.

Q.when did you start on the scene and
what groups have you been in before?

A.i count my life on the scene since i
joined my first team called BRAZOL in
january 1991. after some fruitless
weeks i moved to RULER and spent some
nice months there. then the entire
RULER joined THE FORCE and i didn't
like that new situation. at the end
of AUGUST,1991 i found myself in
GRAFFITY. its a pure legal group with
out producing boring grax and images
so i enjoy every minute in GRAFFITY.
(except when i gotta copy or spend
money on stamps). hopefully i'll
spend my 100TH birthday here.

Q.please tell us about the area in which
you live. (population,weather,etc)?

A.i guess it's unnecessary to write
about it. get a travelling brochure
and you'll find what your'e interested
in. anyway,i live in BUDAPEST and i'm
very proud to be a HUNGARIAN.

Q.list some ways in which you think the
scene could improve?

A.unfortunatley only fews ways are
possible. one of them is that we
should create more spectacular games
(like LETHAL ZONE,RUBICON..) with hard
protection,however there is no game
that is uncrackable. coz with budget
games we can delay the death of the
scene,but we can't stop it! another
solution: cracking groups should
release some legal stuff too. check
out the examples from GENESIS,TRIAD,
FAIRLIGHT and CENSOR just to mention
the famous ones. the third one: we
should get more cool dudes involved.
anyway,in HUNGARY its easy because
here there is no COPY-LAW,so there are
big copy parties everywhere(each week)
and we can discover new talents,there
are some more ways,but impossible to
carry them out,so senseless to list
anymore.

Q.have you received any mail from AUSSIE
contacts before?

A.yep! one of my first contacts was
HEAVYWEIGHT/CHROME,but he went to the
amiga. then came a long break and
finally TRUSE/THE CURE and ERRATIC/
ORBITAL contacted me in the same month
this year.

Q.do you see much stuff from the scene
in AUSTRALIA and do you spread it?

A.when i was swapping with the guy from
HEAVYWEIGHT,i did see pretty much OZ
stuff. if it was legal,i spread it
around,because that time it was quite
unique for me and i NEVER received any
OZ wares from my contacts in EUROPE.(i
don't get it even now).

Q.what do you like and hate most about
the scene?

A.if i come home from school & opening
the mail box,i find some packages in
it,i'm the happiest man in the world.
i'm even happier when i get cool and
legal releases or someone praises our
demo,or i read a darn good reveiw
about our products.

and the scene itself makes me feel
good. i think we've the greatest
scene and the guys on it are the
greatest guys. so be happy to be one
of them.

i hate receving cracks which have been
already sent several times before. i
hate the groups boasting about their
demos when those products are no more
than a collection of LAME intros.

Q.where did you get your handle or scene
name from?

A.my 'godfather' was DAVIS/GRAFFITY(he
defiled me at the beginning) and i
don't know how he got this name CALT.
i like it because it's short and looks
quite good on a paper or on the screen

Q.what can we see from your group in the
future?

A.this interview sheet is sent with our
brand new mega-demo called JUSTINTIME.
we hope to come up with the next one
this year.

Q.what kind of things do you do in your
group? (code,graffix etc...)

A.practically i'm the only swapper in
GRAFFITY,so its enough work for me,i
guess. momentarily i possess over 150
contacts,but as i backwrite to every-
body this figure will increase in the
future.

Q.in what magazines have you been inter-
viewed in before? (if any)

A.i was interviewed in RULER'S (my old
group) own mag,(written in HUNGARIAN)
so i don't count that. so this is my
first and last interveiw. why?
because one is enough for a lifetime.

Q.what chapters do you read most in disk
magazines?

A.i prefer those original chapters in
SCRIPT to the conventional ones in the
other mags.. as i'm a swapper i always
gotta check out the addy-corners and
news. the charts make me angry or
laugh because mostly swappers vote and
they really can't see the difference
demo and demo. nowadays cracking
depends on money,so groups with darn
cool crackers can't hit the charts
coz they can't afford to buy games (or
built in men at software houses),
modem or to set up boards...etc. so
instead of cracking groups you should
use -GROUPS WITH THE MOST MONEY- so
gracking charts are not fair... but
this is only a swappers opinion.

A.unfortunately i haven't got any these
days.

Q.do you still go to school? if you do
what course are you studying?

A.i visit a secondary grammer school.
this is my last year. i study every-
thing in general(math,physics,biology,
history,p.e.,literature,hungarian,
english and german). the hungarian
educational system is very different
from others. from 6 to 14 we go to
primary schools. then we choose
between SPECIALISED SECONDARY SCHOOLS
(3,4,5, years long) and SECONDARY
GRAMMER SCHOOLS (last 4 years). after
that UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL or work
in real life.

Q.have you gone to many copy parties?
if so which ones?

A.yes,i have visited 3 big parties that
have been organised by scene groups.
(ART-X,TKC,CHROMANCE) and with several
little copy parties. only in HUNGARY,
because i can't afford to go abroad.

Q.who were some of the guys that you met
there?

A.the CHROMANCE party was the best since
some cool foreigners came. dudes from
X-RAY,DEPREDATORS and the entire
COSMOS D crew presented themselves.
and also all the HUNGARIAN sceners
were there (CHROMANCE,FACES,TRUMWYRAT,
GRAFFITY)

Q.were the parties as good as what you
thought they would be?

A.as i hadn't expected much from the
HUNGARIAN meetings,i wasn't then
disappointed.
