< well,to give you an original
answer... my name is joost
martens.i am almost 17 years old
(23rd of june) and a member of
the scene since the end of '92.

i look like this:

blue eyes,blond hair(never heard
a dutch guy with dark hair!-ed2)
1.86 metres,and 73 kilos.

i have been in the <c* for more
than a year now,and won't leave
it for another! my jobs are mail
trading(quite lazy at the mom.),
and original supplying.

i will have my exams next year
and that's it.

(as you see,joost's way of brief

GROUP,PROXYON(HI,FRANK!)BUT THEY
ARE DEAD NOW.WHY DON'T YOU TELL
US THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THAT
GROUP AND CHROMANCE ?

< i think the frienship in proxyon
was closer,but that's very
logical as we lived close
together and had a lot of meet-
ings/calls.in proxyon,i knew all
members very good,in <c*,i only
know some very good.a real good
thing is that zar/ex-proxyon
also joined chromance last year.
old times are reliving,he,he.

chromance is better organised i
think.in proxyon,we only planned
things(a megademo).in (c),things
also get carried out.look at
'fantasy' by zar/<c*.

a last difference is that <c*
has a much better fame than pxn
did.

FUTURE AND JOINING ANOTHA GROUP?

^ mr.wax is still quite active.he
only dropped most of his contax
till he gets released by the
army.the future is hot.hungary
will be one of the leaders in
the game producing business.that
is very good of course,but it's
also strange that some of the
concurrents are <c* members,too.
(right,stake ?) there's no other
group for me than chromance if
for one dark reason,that <c*will
die.then i am a gonner.the rest
of the groups don't really
appeal to me anyway(yes,we rule)

honour","long life",and more...
these are hungarian games,and
like i have said before,hungary
has the future for the fullprice
games.but i must admit poland is
improving,too.commodore format
is the lamest i have ever seen.
in 90/91,i used to buy the mag,
and it was great.100 pages full
of reviews and quite cool cover-
tapes...now when i see it in the
shop,it is 20 pages,no real re-
views and the cover tape is
major lame.on the other hand,
ebes tries 2 release some decent
games,but i don't give them much
chance.strange is that i think
the "magic disk/game on" games
are slightly improving.of course
i must say most games are pure
crap.so i think most games are
not worth the time.

< i do not care if they want to
produce something lame,which no-
body reads anyway.i think we
should let them.of course you
can say they can better produce
demos instead,but keep in mind
that most of those mag producing
groups simply do not have the
abilities for that.

a mag,a must ? certainly not!
before starting a mag,one should
first think twice.(rating his
own abilities,enogh time,etc.)
before releasing one issue and
then quit again.

< i still go to school,so that's
what my day starts with.i come
home at +/- 15:00 hours and then
check my mail.this can take 10
minutes up to 2 hours (if i get
some good mags).after that i do
my homework- sometimes! (come
on,you bloody nerd! -ed2)

at 18:00 hours,my mummie yells
me for dinner and then i mostly
go to my friends,play soccer
(yes,soccer rules-ed2),watch tv,
prepare sendings or something
else.and when i am tired,i go to
bed and the next day it starts
all over again and again and...

in the weekends,i go to the
disco in the evenings.

i don't think i spend too much
time in front of my 64,as i
always do what i like doing most
at the moment.if that is playing
on my computer,i don't think i'm
wasting my time.i can say,i
spent too much time on my compy
in the past,but then again at
that time,i found it cool.so it
was the best thing for me to do.
(at that time)

OF THE SCENERS.I ALSO SPENT A
LOT OF TIME PLAYING GAMES.AND I
STILL DO PLAY KICK OFF 2 ON MY

SOCCER,TOO.

DO YOU AGREE WITH THE IDEA THAT
90% OF THE SCENERS ARE THIS WAY

i think,but it comes into the
right direction.but i don't
really care as i don't see them

say most sceners i met at the
parties (computer parties that
is) are dudes i would never have

that i like it.mailtrading is

scene,but i don't care as long

it all and then write kick ass
scroll texts,and of course being
real high in the charts (also

my favourite is ajax amsterdam

a2'67 a lot.this team was the
dutch champion in 80/81,but they
now play in the second league

as my little brother happens to
play in a2's youth (he has my
talent,ha,ha!) we always get
free tickets for the matches,so
you can find me there quite
often.a2 will promote next year
and will win the dutch cup.(i
hope)

a (big) conflict anymore,as
beginners and elites are trading
with eachother like hell(look at
the contacts of swappers like
splatterhead,intruder,calypso,
