hello and welcome to the most
readed part of a magazine!yes,as
you see i used 'hello' because i'm
sure that most of you have loaded
this chapter first,heh he! why do
you think that all of us much or
less give importance to the charts
i think it's because that we want
to be loved with other sceners and
friends after trying to produce
something.sometimes we see oursel-
ves very high or higher than in o-
ur images in the charts while so-
metimes we see very low and feel
some pain in our hearth.but i want
to inform all guys who have prob-
lem like that.i advice you not to
give up too easily and try to pro-
duce better stuff from the previo-
us one.at the end i'm sure that
you will be discovered in the end.
perhaps you may ask me how can i
be certain? well,i want to give an
example too this.you know it very
well.

yes,this example is US.when we
started this magazine we gave a
promise too ourselves trying to
produce something good and as you
see now we are nearly top in the
mag charts.no,no,no! i don't want
to talk arrogantly just saying'hah
ha!we are the best'.if your help
didn't reach me then it would be
just a dream for us to think this
position but as you see it's not
a dream now.so now i want to send
my best WISHES and GREETINGS to
all our readers who supported us
with their helps and votes.we will
try to deserve your votes.

now,let's give a short general
info about this issue's votesheets
and then start with publishing the
charts.this time a very large of
votesheets has arrived us as we've
spreaded more sheets and also long
time passed.in total we got 317
votesheets.it's a good number but
i only counted 184 of the arrived
sheets as i won't change our rule,
one votesheet from one person in
one issue.as i have sais we sprea-
ded too much sheets but also we're
not alone.because lots of guys
helped us in spreading them.so you
can see the charts of our vote-

chapter.also this time first time

for this category this time as not
