sex'n'crime #12 , brought to you by chris and volker of amok! volker writing..! first something about this char: hey flex/ctx it's not your char ! it maybe looks very similar to yours but it still isn't it ! now some personal(!) greetinx(normally we don't do something like that , but some guys are worth to be greeted !) to: aup (our local maths-freak, he's responsible for the arrow parameters in the middle of the sex'n'crime menu !) , nog(great videos, coool guy!) , ansgar(cool dude! spread ya routines not for free !) , ralph of quicksilver(amiga!!!) nice calls ! but there could be more of them ! , speck and zux of the sparks (your demos aren't the best but you are fucking cool dudes ! thanx for the pizza ???) , gotcha of (legal)crazy (hey dude , please call me or send me your phone-number ! i think there are some old misunderstandings i have to correct !) !! that are enough of my personal greetz ! it's now time to tell you my personal(!!!!! it's not representative for amok !!!) opinion about the other mags in the scene ! about the following mags you can find a coment: power of the voice,fontpage,the times,paranews,relax and finally mamba ! there isn't much to say about power of the voice: lame guy,lame name,lame coding,lame mag ... it's the worst of them all ! hey mtv,what about changing the beastie boys intros into beastie boy intros ??? take it easy guy and improve all ...! the times: it looks a bit like the sex'n'crime ! installing a pic is a nice idea , the articels are good, but some cool features could be there ! frontpage: great grafix and music ! but four lines text is a bit too little for a mag ! in the next issue(i'm talking about no.2) you should write less about trc and install some articles ! paranews: i really hate the shitty textdisplay(some errors ???).the articles are maybe interesting for paramount members....i don't like them ! write more about others...! relax: shit outfit,no features,but needable articles.if you improve your english and use a new mainproggy,it would be much better ! mamba: very good textstuff,fucking cool sprites,but please kick the slow chapter loader !! if it isn't possible install a better(!!!) fastloader ! there could be a print routine , but this isn't really necessary ! keep on good work ..! ........ i hope it wasn't too nasty for some guys ! please note: i'm no swapper,cracker,modemfreak or something like that ! i'm not informed about the scene and so on ... i refer to the issues i got on the last venlo meeting ! maybe everything has changed till today ... some technical things about the sex'n'crime: 967 (!) textlines, 38680 letters..... all done by omg.... see you in number 13....... bye

been in DCS, they simply pretended so.
NARC and ANTHRAX joined LEGEND now.

MANOWAR asked GENESIS if they might like
to host a co-operation party but GENESIS
refused. then MANOWAR asked ACTION but
ACTION refused aswell. TRANSCOM asked
GENESIS for a co-operation but GENESIS
refused again. now CRAZY asked GENESIS
for a co-op. after long discussions G*P
finally agreed. GENESIS has a new bbs

ANTITRACK and BIG BEN did not join the
SHARKS but reformed COSMOS together with
some other people. NEMESIS (kicked out

a big fine now. he will take a break now

BATMAN of FBR and many others.

MELLECH of ONLINE joined RESPECT.
according to ROSS the members of
RESPECT want to build up a federation
against ALPHAFLIGHT as they recracked
some games.

as you might remember there was a small
statement in the last issue saying that
NEWSCOPY of EXACT was a recracker.
this was given to me by SEAGULL of
FAIRLIGHT. now i got a letter from
NEWSCOPY himself. he demented all that.
according to him these rumours are
absolutely wrong. EXACT might try a
comeback soon.

MARXISTS never were in CENSOR !
DEREK B. told them to join, but that
doesn't count as only the CENSOR guys
in stockholm/sweden chose new members.
so, MARXISTS never were and never will
be in CENSOR.

FALCON seem to get in trouble. they are
in war with almost everyone... LEGEND,
DCS,GENESIS and many more. TANNER even
threatened them with a gas-pistol in
venlo/january !

the us-group INTENSE (ex-FBR) is almost
100% amiga now, so LEGEND's old board
OPTICAL ILLUSION is gone. now they got
a new bbs, named TELEPHONE ANARCHY.
APOLLO was kicked out of LEGEND and
joined ATRIX.

SALEM of X-RATED joined HURRICANE.

ROY of DYNAMIX admitted (!) that he has
been cheating the charts in COOCOC for
100 points to make the charts look a bit
better for him !!!

HEX HACKER of TERA is in big trouble
with a 13000 dollar phone fraud hanging
over his head and he may even get the
sack from his job aswell. (oh-ooohh !!)

hi guys. this is yours truly, GOBLIN of
LIGHT writing. i will now publish a
subject that i think many of you might
find interesting and true, too. the
thing i am talking about is that so many
magazines just release articles that
they just hear from someone, without
checking it first. of course the thing
making me mad is the LIGHT and HORIZON
war against CENSOR. we just wrote the
things that had happened. (a bit over-
reacted of course, but absulotely NO
LIES. right, EUZKERA ?!) then CENSOR
came with their stories where we were
asses that threw the little poor angels
out. sure, sure. they 'entered' the
teachers office. they BROKE in, for
christ's sake ! bah ! and then some so
called 'editors' just write what they
hear without even thinking of that they
might print false information. now when
CENSOR have apologised there is no doubt
who was lying. (in EUZKERA's own words:
"you did absolutely the right thing when
you threw us out. i'm very sorry." he
even went in to HORIZON to apologize.
great !) and everyone at the party knew
what happened,so they could have checked
it from other sources then just us 3.
anyway, the war is over, so i don't
bother about that anymore. but there's
so much more to it. i've seen hundreds
of false rumours in mags which in the
next issue have been said was just
rubbish. and that's where i (and a lot
more) want a change ! start being a bit
more responsible. a mag is NOT something
that you just put together for making
public releations for your group. it's
a paper, that (hopefully) many,many
people will read. and when it comes to
such a thing, you GOT TO take the
responsebility for what you put in it !

the PHENOMENA+CENSOR party report:
written by DYNAMIC of TRIAD for GOBLIN
of LIGHT. o
short said it was an INCREDIBLY lame
party. CENSOR said that the LIGHT party
was bad, buo thio was for sure 10 times
worse.the ooly group from outside sweden
was SHAPE from norway. in all, there was
approximate 50 co64 guys present at the
party. if not PHENOMINA would have fixed
some guys on amiga, the place would have
been totally empty. there was supposed
to be a demo-competition, but it got
chancelled, i think you understand why.
of those 50 c-64 guys, almost all were
lamers the ONLY oool groups were: SHAPE,
SCIENCE 451o TRIAD and CENSOR. i can
tell you that even our private TRIAD
meetings are much, much more fun than
this party was. if CENSOR says that the
LIGHT party was the lamest they've been
to, they're lying. because this was.

today i want to write a bit about the
turkish scene. on c-64 there are three
major groups: ZOMBIE BOYS,THE JOKER CREW
and CHAOS#1. ZB and TJC are swapping
while CHAOS#1 mostly buys and sells the
games. in turkey everything concerning
computers is legal as there is yet no
copyright-law. so, cracked games are
even being sold at all stores ! turkish
groups earn money for mailtrading and
their stamps by selling games to the
shops in turkey. as nobody is afraid of
the police everyone can easily swap with
each other. finally i have to say that
turkey is a paradise for copy-parties.
compared to other european countries
turkey is veeeery cheap, so it really
is a perfect place to host a party.

report about the TITAN-party:
when i first saw the invitation i really
was wondering who the hell TITAN was.
never heard of them before... anyway,
MYP and i decided to go there. so we
jumped into the car at 12 o'clock as the
party was about to start at 14 o'clock.
the village siegelsbach was somewhere
between heidelberg and heilbronn. after
about 2 hours we arrived at the party.
it was some kind of a sport-hall. we
entered and a couple of TITAN suckers
came and welcomed us. wow... almost
20 (!) people were there. (ooaaaahhh !)
we fetched my computer out of the car
and installed the whole shit. then we
showed our demo "INTESTINAL ULCER" and
people gathered around our computer.
later on i was walking through the hall,
trying to find any good or famous group.
but, guess what... CHRIS of BEATMASHINE
was the best i could find there. time
passed and the hall filled up with 50
people ! hahaha... incredible ! still
there was no famous guys at all...
meanwhile my car broke down so we were
going to have quite some problems to
get back home. damn shit ! surprise,
surprise... in the evening we had a
powerdown and the guys from TITAN
lightened some candles... ANTHRAX of
LEGEND collapsed (no joke !!) on the
ground !! TITAN didn't want to call an
ambulance as they were afraid that
police might come then aswell and the
party would get busted. but what the
hell is more important ? a lame party
or the life of a guy from the scene ?
so, finally they called an ambulance
and ANTHRAX recovered soon after.
approx. 1 hour later electricity was
back for about 2 seconds. after 2 more
hours of darkness the electricity came
back to stay. (thank god !) people then
were discussing wether our demo might
take part at the demo-competition or
not. everybody voted against it ! fuck !
at 12 o'clock iin the night POMPOM,TPR
of BABOONS and RAP,DESTROYER of SUCCESS
arrived at the party. they had been at
the BABOONS party which took place the
same day. they imidiatly started coding
a new demo for the demo-competition
while i,MYD and TPR meet 2 girls and
went to their houses. between 1 and 4
o'clock we did what people usually do
when they are alone with a girl...
(no, not poker...) we terminated a lot
of beer and gosh we were stoned...
that was cool in fact. when we were back
at the party at about 4 am POMPOM and
RAP had almost finished their demo.
i tried to sleep a bit but i couldn't.
at 11 am in the morning the demos were
all shown while one of TITAN's computers
broke down. haha... well, everyone had
to vote and the result looked like this:
1. OPAL (ridiculous !)
2. ALIVE (one part didn't work)
3. BABOONS+SUCCESS (frustrating)
later TITAN even said the awards (some
"hot" originals) were gonna be sent out
by mail. angry about that riduclous
result we left the hall and drove home.
in general i have to say this party was
lame lame, laaaaaaaaame !!!

CHAMBERS OF SHAOLIN from THALION has
plenty of nice graphics and many nice
animations. even the music is great.
nice karate-game indeed. rating: 84%

SUPER OSWALD is some kind of a jump and
run game. radical music from JCH and
very nice graphics. it even has some
funny digi-voices (though you can't
understand it anyway. it has a bad
quality and is in daaaaaanish...)
anyway, funny game... rating: 78%

WORLD SOCCER from ZEPPELIN GAMES is
yet another fucking soccer-simulation.
very good graphics but the game in
general sucks ! maybe it's just because
it hate soccer... who knows ? 25%

MOUNTAIN BIKE SIMULATOR is some strange
simulator (the name tells it all...)
i still didn't get that fucking joystick
control... bargh... so, i can't tell you
anything about it exept for the first
screen... and that looks shit... 24%

X-MEN is, just like DOOM'S REVENGE, a
comic-conversion... bad game with lousy
music and great graphics. rating: 20%

well, we had JOHANES BJERREGAARD as a
musician, now we have VIP as graphican.
so, enjoy this short interview with one
of germany's best computer-artists.

-hi VIP, how old are you ?
+well, at the moment i'm 17 years old
and i'm 1.68 meters tall.
-since when do you have a computer and
what happened ever since ?
+i got my c-64 when i was 14. first i
simply wanted to play some games with
it. later 3 friends of mine and i built
up a lame group, called THE IRON CREW.
(some of these 3 guys were TANNER and
MOK.) later we joined LASH,MOVE,SHARKS,
BABOONS. than i changed my name into
TREAT and joined SUCCESS but i left
soon after, renamed myself into VIP
and joined CREST, where i still am now.
i started drawing when i was in LASH
and i was trying to improve ever since.
so, i am a little swapper in CREST but
i am mainly concentrating on graphics.
