The German flight has been reason for
worries and confusion recently. Members
have been going in and out, while re-
leases still are disributed through a
rather pleasant and constant phase.

Some members are declared to depart from
the market in the not too far distant,
and with that in mind, we dig into the
possibilities of what the we can expect
from the flight futurewise.

SKINHEAD BOOTED FOR A RELEASE?
______________________________
Both SKINHEAD and SKID ROW made a rather
quick visit under the flag of AVANTGARDE
only to come back knocking at the door
of the ALPHA FLIGHT-mansion. Some nasty
rumours speak of SKINHEAD being booted
from AVANTGARDE for lying about having
an NTSCfixed version of the game COM-
PLEX, something that would have been
of the highest interest for AVANTGARDE.
With ALPHA FLIGHT putting out the fixed
version a couple weeks back, however,
it is fair to say, there may not be
a valid sense of truth behind those
rumours.

Officially, SKINHEAD was said to leave
AVANTGARDE on his own will, but focus-
ing on the rumours, this was only be-
cause one wants to maintain the friendly
basis in between the both.

IS THE FLIGHT LANDING?
______________________
ALPHA FLIGHT have had tremendous success
since their comeback, and once I come to
think of it, quite some time has passed
since the reunion. The future of the
group has somewhat worried me, and many
others throughout the field, with voices
speaking of PEACEMAKER leaving the
market as of May 1995. PEACEMAKER has
of course been responsible for part of
the success of ALPHA FLIGHT with his

efforts in fixing releases for ALPHA
FLIGHT and for various other groups.

CURLIN, old fame takes the worries
a mile further, perhaps speaking a bit
too much through the fog of alcohol at
X'95 in Holland, when PROPAGANDA met up
with him.

RELEASES AND TEAMWORK

Releasewise, ALPHA FLIGHT has been doing
quite an impressive job lately. Apart
from a fiasco with a release titled
KLEPKOMANIA, which was nothing but a
release that F4CG had performed some
time earlier, things have been smiling
their way recently. Another interesting
spot has been the cooperation release
deal with MOTIV8, where they launched
a fixed version of MEMOLOGIE. Many
groups seek their way to each other
these days, to gain strength, and this
one in mind, futurewise, may very well
come out strongly in the end.

The crusade has continued, picked up
and dominated, from some time hiding
in the shadows. DEFF took on the project
gracefully, putting back his staff at
full effect, and with JACK ALIEN as
well as SUICIDE doing a wonderful job
for the fixermarket things couldn't
really go wrong from here.

Cooperationrumours with F4CG still tend
to circulate, but truth rests elsewhere.

AVANTGARDE BEHIND A FEDERATION?

Since the Dutch party, X95 it has been
wildly discussed throughout the field
who stands responsible for the prod-
uction of the notorious FUCK-YOU-ONSLA-
UGHT-Intro, and AVANTGARDE constantly
came popping up in the discussion. ON-
SLAUGHT even went as far accusing the
Germanbased group for setting up an
organized federation featuring people
from AVANTGARDE, F4CG, ALPHA FLIGHT,
CHROMANCE and ANGRY(!), something which
was quite not appreciated at the
AVANTGARDE-organization.

"There is no federation or
organization, but the plot is
quite funny. Nothing harsh!",

says DEFF to PROPAGANDA and underlines
the importance behind the concept being
fairly funny. ONSLAUGHT-mansion looks
quite differently on the happening,
feeling discredited and deprived.

AVANTGARDE CONSIDERING MAGAZINE AGAIN

Again the rumours about CORRAMBA being
released again start to circulate, and
for the first time there lies quite some
truth behind the rumours. With PROPA-
GANDA being released every 6-8 weeks,

where co-editor DEFF today provides all
of his work, there is still room for
yet another production. The CORRAMBA
would be published under AVANTGARDE
and would feature people from other
various groups, maintaining the atmo-
sphere from both MAMBA and CORRUPTION.

With routine and experience in the
journalistic sphere of the scene, DEFF
may very well come up with a production
stealing interest from all other exist-
ing chronicles, and considering the
support that AVANTGARDE can put in as
a group behind this, success seems to
rest just around the corner. It is how-
ever a matter of time until we see the
project becoming reality.

F4CG has been going through what may be
called a personal crisis. The tragedy
came to the surface with SCOPE, beloved
friend and talented artist passing away
late March. For some two weeks activ-
ities ceased completely, only to pick
up gradually after the funeral, after
the worst signs of sorrow and after
accepting what was so hard to accept;
SCOPE was no more.

AUSTRALIAN FIXER TO THE RESCUE!

Releaswise, the pace had come to a level
where F4CG put out a couple of releases
weekly, but since that sad day, things
had to slow down for a while. CEREBUS,
Australian talented fixer took on the
job for adapting releases for the Amer-
ican market, and has done so with class.
Having a 2nd NTSC computer located in
Europe, it is only a matter of time,
until a second fixer will be educated.

LAUNCHING A DEMO

What may have come as a shock for many
was the reinforcment of a demosection.

While attending X'95 in Holland, F4CG
took the chance to boast their talents
in a somewhat comic launch. W.O.I.I.F.
T.D., relesetitle causing some slight
confusion, in fact reads "WE'RE ONLY
IN IT FOR THE DRUGS".(And is NOT a
tribute to either FREESTYLE or JUCKE!!)
The talents were reinforced from Swedish
demofame NOICE, and will mainly focus
on developing intros for the group.
DEVIL, TOTAL CHAOS and GOZ will perform
the code itself, while DRAZ inspires
with graphics and DECODER with music,
the latter known to be DANKO'S...

The demo was quickly uploaded on the
American boards by MOREN/SCS*TRC after
the Dutch party, but the tragedy echoed
as none of the versions spread ever
worked. As of mid May however, a full

working version hits the market, prob-
ably offending a few.

PEOPLE ON ROTATION

People having spent some time in the
great distance, slowly hazed their
delicate way back to the spotlight of
the Fantastic 4. ANTITRACK, legend in
his own lifetime did his effort release-
wise and declared he'd participate with
at least 2 large concepts this spring.
PLAYBOY, Italian based Cracker proved
similar ambitions and was located at
various locations, mainly through
Internet. So did CYBERSURFER, retired
Belgian with a notorious past.

COMING BACK THAT LONG ROAD

Since the sad departure of SCOPE, there
was an utter silence from the Fantastic
4. However, as time has passed on, the
4 has picked up the efforts, starting
of with the demo. Releasewise, one has
just recently picked up the pace from
where they left off about 2 months ago,
though the head still hangs in sorrow.
Another slightly amusing event that can
be seen quite often is MOTLEY'S involv-
ment in the crackingbusiness. Looking
back at the days in GENESIS PROJECT,
MOTLEY took little concern of the work
behind the wares and focued mainly on
hacking.

It has always been my job to work and
analyse the news. Looking at various
groups it has always been hard judging
and criticizing correctly, but I feel
I have quite well done my job. So say
my readers. With MOTIV8, I have always
been very careful. When the group was
born out of the notorious and sleazy
EPIC boasting basically the same people,
many of us stood up saying "No Thank
you" to the crowds. Today I have to
set my pride at rest and bow down for

for some some effort done. MOTIV8 is
not really the joke of the town anymore,
but still not the giant threat for the
utter top either.

CLEVER MOVE AT INTERNET

Topdog and oranizer CROSSFIRE has
concentrated a great deal of the organ-
ization on marketing. Unlike many other
groups, MOTIV8 have taken a step of
their own, developing the public rel-
ations at Internet. Internet with its
broad scale of 64-users serves a splen-
did purpose for their sake. With im-
pressive mailing-lists, all the MOTIV8
releases are distributed to the active
users, as well as the latest updates

on the group telling us "who joined
what and why", want it or not.
Something that is worth a though or
two is, if you'd have all the sceners
worldwide gathered up on Internet, you
wouldn't need much more. The wares would
spread themselves, as would the news,
as would the discussions. Interesting,
but still so scary.

INTERTRADE CONTINUES TO MESS ABOUT

INTERTRADE created a minor fuzz when
GENESIS*PROJECT+EMPIRE launched its
relevance September last year. MIZAR,
sysop of the system, had taken a quite
revolutionary attitude, and offended
a great lot. Recently, HARDCORE was
involved in the board, but leaving it

behind fell into the hands of MOTIV8.
The negotiation with the group started
of rather hazardously with MIZAR being
busted. It is at current date uncertain
whether the board will be back up again,
though CROSSFIRE comments it as highly
probable.

E
EAGLESOFTREINFORMENT MEETS CRITICS
__________________________________
Recently, adding a member from the old
and glorified EAGLESOFT INC, statewise
MOTIV8 performed yet another public
relationstunt, in hope to appeal the
people. However, voices spoke through-
out the field see through some of the
strategies and questions what BINJINX
/ex.ESI can provide the scene and the

group with today. CROSSFIRE strikes
back saying a board will appear under
his domain soon. We await the happening
with great curiosity.

ONSLAUGHT HARDCORE ..
ONSLAUGHT+HARDCORE --

So another cooperation saw the light of
day. As if we didn't have enough, some
people said, but that didn't stop the
two fairly new breeds to merge. The
Australian based ONSLAUGHT had a fairly
good start releasewise, though meeting
up with a very skeptic market, while
HARDCORE were at the edge of making a
fiasco from day 1 when they appeared
with their release of Spook way back.
Today, the two function as one force.

THE TRUTH BEHIND THE COOPERATION
________________________________
Cooperating groups is not a new concept
in the scene. TRC*SCS did their share,
and still do, mostly because being a
Dutchbased brand, they can strongly
support each other. Behind the new
cooperation with HARDCORE and ONSLAUGHT
lies a much more interesting story. As
it appears, ONSLAUGHT have shown them-
selves on the expansive side, adding
members to increase reliability world-
wide. In their path of interest was the
entire group of HARDCORE, some being
of particular interest. Bow down in
respect, because the HARDCORE people
were hard to play ball with and proved
more devotion for their force than

imagined, which led up to a negotiation,
where the easiest idea would be to
merge the two.

UNHAPPINESS IN THE GROUP?

Some voices in both the groups have
whispered to PROPAGANDA about being un-
happy with the concept, though our
sources wish to remain anonymous. If
the cooperation will maintain, time
has yet to tell.

VENGEANCE, one the important profiles
behind the rise of ONSLAUGHT even
commented his lack of interest for the
whole deal, and was seriously consider-
ing slowing down his part of the share.

COUNT ZERO IS NOT IN ONSLAUGHT
______________________________
COUNT ZERO who made a name during his
career in RED SECTOR has not been a
usual sight on the American boards over
the past year. However, his involvment
in the group ONSLAUGHT has also been
much argued. It is today clear that
COUNT ZERO is NOT in ONSLAUGHT but
fixes for them under a steady deal. Our
sources in ONSLAUGHT who wish to remain
anonymous claim they support him with
cards, as long as he fixes for them.
COUNT ZERO shows a great deal of fasc-
ination to the SNES, which is why the
cards come in pretty handy.

Celebrating the success of the event
of the year so far, the Dutch merge are
facing a steady and reliable time ahead.
The group has maintained a steady set
of releases, and are among the only ones
to be calling out on a very regular
basis. With THE DUNGEON at hand and
impressive support at Internet, the
coordination of the teamwork functions
easily, and as it appears, one seems
to have come at ease with all problems.

RECRUITING FRESH BLOOD

It has long been argued and discussed
how come new people have been added.
In PROPAGANDA #16 we talked about the
unhappiness shown from some members
concerning newer additions, but fact
is, SUCCESS*TRC are planning ahead. The
old and experienced members realize they
are facing a point, where one has to
expand; the older are getting older,
and new talent has to be recruited.
SPECTATOR, SPLATTERHEAD and more, all
titulated as "Rookiemembers" by their
older brothers have done quite an as-
tonishing job for the group, definately
proving themselves worthy the job.

A MAGAZINE FROM HOLLAND?

Quite some time back, SUCCESS and TRC
were discussing the idea of launching
a magazine to take over the role from
where SHOCK left off. At this time,
not many magazines dared threating the
throne, while as of today, there are
plenty of competent productions. How-
ever, today, mid 1995 the discussion
has yet again reached the tableau, and
it is with great curiosity we can follow
the coming months whether the idea will
see light of day. The Dutch, having a
flexible awareness of the scene, may
very well be able to pull of the stunt
with credit at hand.
