Unfortunately, things have worked a bit<br />
differently this month. Due to the lack<br />
of support boardwise, it has been im-<br />
possible to gather an interesting amount<br />
of votes to make a proper chart and re-<br />
flect the scene. Instead we've gathered<br />
up some people from around, functioning<br />
as a jury, asking them about their op-<br />
inions. For issue 17 of PROPAGANDA,<br />
votingsheets are already being spread<br />
throughout the globe.<br />

Overall the charts have been seeing<br />
some slight changes over some period<br />
of time. People are finally realizing<br />
and understanding a slight bit of what<br />
really happens out there, not voting<br />
for groups that haven't done anything<br />
the past few months or years. TRC*SCS<br />
have taken the number one spot into<br />
custody, only enough to be scratched<br />
by the balls by the hungry F4CG. Both<br />
<br />
groups today function highly competitve<br />
in terms of releasing, while other<br />
groups have fallen somewhat behind.<br />
ALPHA FLIGHT, German group, coming on<br />
strong had their share of fun a while<br />
back but seem to lack the abilities to<br />
call out properly, with many of the<br />
usual faces away from the boards.<br />
AVANTGARDE has gone through a similiar<br />
phase, but it is in the air, that it<br />
is only a question of time until they<br />
start releasing again. ONSLAUGHT, the<br />
new group make the highest new entry<br />
of the month, and with an impressive<br />
effort put in behind the project, it<br />
does not come as a surprise. Another<br />
new group up there is HARDCORE, that<br />
yet have not made themselves heard from<br />
much. However, most definately we will<br />
watch the label travel the charts soon.<br />

Now here is a market that has changed<br />
during the past 12 months. THE DUNGEON<br />
and DOWN BY LAW show the world that the<br />
come of age does the job, while other<br />
new names struggle along to battle for<br />
the top. Still, the only European board<br />
to make impact statewise is WARE'S<br />
AQUARIUM, that experiences huge success<br />
only due to a devoted sysop and some<br />
heave duty supporters in term of wares.<br />
DREAMPARK, appears at a fairly high new<br />
entry, telling tales of what the future<br />
<br />

<br />
may bring. INTERTRADE does a visit here<br />
as well, and let us hope it is not the<br />
last one. Many of the boards that are<br />
out in the field nowadays, are fairly<br />
new systems with little respect from<br />
the callers. THE DUNGEON had a very<br />
rough start when GENESIS*PROJECT took<br />
it on way back. The come of age. How-<br />
ever, many of the older systems are<br />
rumoured to come back, but that is<br />
nothing that we can enjoy until we<br />
finally see it with our bare eyes.<br />
