Unfortunately, things have worked a bit
differently this month. Due to the lack
of support boardwise, it has been im-
possible to gather an interesting amount
of votes to make a proper chart and re-
flect the scene. Instead we've gathered
up some people from around, functioning
as a jury, asking them about their op-
inions. For issue 17 of PROPAGANDA,
votingsheets are already being spread
throughout the globe.
O _______________
Overall the charts have been seeing
some slight changes over some period
of time. People are finally realizing
and understanding a slight bit of what
really happens out there, not voting
for groups that haven't done anything
the past few months or years. TRC*SCS
have taken the number one spot into
custody, only enough to be scratched
by the balls by the hungry F4CG. Both

groups today function highly competitve
in terms of releasing, while other
groups have fallen somewhat behind.
ALPHA FLIGHT, German group, coming on
strong had their share of fun a while
back but seem to lack the abilities to
call out properly, with many of the
usual faces away from the boards.
AVANTGARDE has gone through a similiar
phase, but it is in the air, that it
is only a question of time until they
start releasing again. ONSLAUGHT, the
new group make the highest new entry
of the month, and with an impressive
effort put in behind the project, it
does not come as a surprise. Another
new group up there is HARDCORE, that
yet have not made themselves heard from
much. However, most definately we will
watch the label travel the charts soon.

_____________
N
Now here is a market that has changed
during the past 12 months. THE DUNGEON
and DOWN BY LAW show the world that the
come of age does the job, while other
new names struggle along to battle for
the top. Still, the only European board
to make impact statewise is WARE'S
AQUARIUM, that experiences huge success
only due to a devoted sysop and some
heave duty supporters in term of wares.
DREAMPARK, appears at a fairly high new
entry, telling tales of what the future

may bring. INTERTRADE does a visit here
as well, and let us hope it is not the
last one. Many of the boards that are
out in the field nowadays, are fairly
new systems with little respect from
the callers. THE DUNGEON had a very
rough start when GENESIS*PROJECT took
it on way back. The come of age. How-
ever, many of the older systems are
rumoured to come back, but that is
nothing that we can enjoy until we
finally see it with our bare eyes.
