Dear readers,

Today we're entering a new era. 8 weeks
back we launched the last issue of
Propaganda under the GENESIS*PROJECT
label. Somehow, the decline of the old
veteran group triggered rumours to
circulate. Word had it, Propaganda
would not even be released any longer.

But all I did was laugh. With issue 16
on your screens, you are taking part of
the first issue ever of Propaganda on
an independant basis. An issue that

that probably means more for us, and
you, than any other issue ever released.

Our dear friend and coder DEVIL/NOICE
took on the job of creating the new
outfit, something I feel he took on
perfectly. The idea was to adapt the
somewhat stiff original outfit to a
fresher, cleaner concept that appeals
a wider circuit of readers. Still, we
have maintained the original atmosphere
that brings back glory days and memories
of the Commodore 64. This is history
in the making.

What you see before you is a boost.
We bow and salute DEVIL/NOICE for an
astonishing effort.

NEWS FROM THE PUBLISHER

From Issue 17 and onwards we will offer
you the deal of a lifetime. Each issue
published in the future will be dist-
ributed with an official diskcover in-
cluded. On a limited basis.

The diskcover will feature headlines
from the current issue, and will also
function as collectible items.

To get hold of the official Propaganda
covers you have to contact the official
distribution sight. The concept costs
a disk, meaning you include two disks
when placing your order.

to use. The wars, the letters and the
insults from various people will be
included. "The Unreleased Chapters" will

and spread nowhere else.
