Dear world,<br />

We make our presence again, with a smile<br />
on our faces delivering what we believe<br />
the be our finest. This is what we do<br />
best. We faced some rather dull events<br />
the past few weeks, and I some personal<br />
ones, which caused a delay that was so<br />
undesired. It has been my urge and<br />
passion to intend making PROPAGANDA a<br />
monthly event, not to be missed out on,<br />
but this time we failed. It is my firm<br />

determination to avoid that next time,<br />
no matter what you may consider, even<br />
though it makes our fellow competitors<br />
in THE PULSE weep. You see, we are being<br />
laughed at, not only because of that,<br />
but because they fear us. It's no<br />
secret. It's obvious that they need to<br />
get off at us, for being a firm maga-<br />
zine, and I sincerly wonder what they<br />
will bring up next. Mind you however,<br />
THE PULSE is interesting, and very good,<br />
and if I was to close my eyes and pick<br />
a favorite, I'd most definately pick<br />
that one, as the two of us are the<br />
current leading brands. However, it<br />
is your choice, whether you prefer<br />
us or them - or hopefully both.<br />

We provide a hungry market. A magazine<br />
for the readers, and the ones that want<br />
to change or affect the scene - that's<br />
PROPAGANDA. We do not need to slap at<br />
others to make you realize we're doing<br />
our job. We do not need to do that,<br />
since we believe so strongly in what<br />
we do. We do not need to do that, since<br />
we consider it to be your choice, and<br />
as long as we do our job, your choice<br />
is obvious. Are you doing your job,<br />
or are just playing along?<br />
