what is wrong when six-year-old boys<br />
become "murders"??<br />

some of you might remeber what happend<br />
in norway some months ago, when a five<br />
year old girl was murded by 3 of her<br />
friends, boys which were only 6 years<br />
old.<br />

for me this sounds like something that<br />
even wouldn't fit in a nightmare. some-<br />
thing went wrong didn't it?<br />

when the news about this came out, as<br />
always the first things media discussed<br />
was weather movies and video games with<br />
violence could have affect these boys<br />
behaviour?<br />
<br />
of course it could!<br />
<br />
but then, are movies like demolotion<br />
man, cliffhanger or under siege made for<br />
six-year-old kids? no!<br />
<br />
here in sweden movies with violence<br />
are put with an age limit. where you<br />
should be atleast 15 to watch it at<br />
cinema or rent it at a video-store. if<br />
i'm not wrong these limits are even<br />
higher in norway.<br />

usa is a country that never stops to<br />
confuse me. they arn't so hard with the<br />
age limit on vilolent movies. but if a<br />
movie has a sex-scene then the limit is<br />
very high. strange! a movie which could<br />
have an age limit of 11 years here in<br />
sweden could be x-rated in usa.<br />

the older sceners might remember two<br />
movies produced in sweden during the<br />
seventies called "nyfiken gul" and<br />
"nyfiken blå" (curious yellow and blue)<br />
which was shown in usual cinemas here in<br />
sweden (or am i wrong?) but at porno<br />
cinemas in the us.<br />

chanel one here in sweden stoped the<br />
sending of the disney cartoon DARKWING<br />
DUCK. as they said it wasn't good for<br />
children. there was too much violence!<br />
havn't they seen TOM &amp; JERRY???<br />

so after all whose fault is it?<br />

i think it's time that the parents of<br />
young children starts to think what they<br />
are letting their children see, what<br />
kind of toys they get. instead of just<br />
thinking about their carrier and work.<br />
they must start to care about their<br />
children.<br />

one of my best friends little brother<br />
is just around 7 years old but is very<br />
violent-fixated. the only thing he talks<br />
about is how you could hurt other people<br />
once he said he didn't like MCGYWER bcoz<br />
there was to little people who died when<br />
there was so much bombs going of!?<br />

how long will it go. someone must stop<br />
it before it's gone too far. just check<br />
out the big happenings for 1994 here in<br />
sweden; mattias flink killed 7 people.<br />
the 16 and 17 years old brothers that<br />
killed a 15 year old boy. the 4 people<br />
that where killed at stureplan.<br />
