New page

Remailing! Iopop
----------------------------------------
So the madman is back! After cheating
the swapper group charts, I'm here to
give you a new article.. No just kidding
so don't make any thoughts. The name of
this chapter is remailing and it's about
the remailing of lost post..
It have happen three times no and I
thoght it was time to make a little text
about this.... The first time I got in
contact with this thing was in july this
year.. Just after the changing of the
german postcodes... I don't remember who
it was for but it was Bumboo/Jam who
had send it. They had opened the
sending and they find a votesheet for
jamaica. And as my addy is on they send
it to ne. But Bumboo's addy is also on
the votesheet but the post people was
seems to be incompetent as the stamp
showed clearly that the sending was from
Malung where bumboo lives. Then it have
happend two times more. And both times
it have been Tabasco/Jam who send the
sending. I read about this thing in the
mag Update by Padua. Issue 8 to be
correct. Or was it 9?! Nevermind! Frank
wondered if the post had the right to
open the sending. And in the three times
I got remailed post. They have included
a folder which they mark what happend
and then they wrote that they have
oppened under stric sekretess.. Which
means that they have no right to tell
anyone else what it was in the letter.
So now I have some advices to give you
to avoid lost sendings.

When you contact someone:

Never cheat your stamps. And always have
enough stamps on the letter.
Write your addy on the backside of the
letter.

If you follow these rules then I think
the swapping will be much more easier
and you don't need to start wars with
someone whoose never got in contact with
you, but you thought it!

So if you get remailed post the try to
send it back to the one that send it. It
will make all persons happier. Except
you who had to pay for the stamps!

Iopop has left the building!
