So the madman is back! After cheating<br />
the swapper group charts, I'm here to<br />
give you a new article.. No just kidding<br />
so don't make any thoughts. The name of<br />
this chapter is remailing and it's about<br />
the remailing of lost post..<br />
It have happen three times no and I<br />
thoght it was time to make a little text<br />
about this.... The first time I got in<br />
contact with this thing was in july this<br />
year.. Just after the changing of the<br />
german postcodes... I don't remember who<br />
it was for but it was Bumboo/Jam who<br />
had send it. They had opened the<br />
sending and they find a votesheet for<br />
jamaica. And as my addy is on they send<br />
it to ne. But Bumboo's addy is also on<br />
the votesheet but the post people was<br />
seems to be incompetent as the stamp<br />
showed clearly that the sending was from<br />
Malung where bumboo lives. Then it have<br />
happend two times more. And both times<br />
it have been Tabasco/Jam who send the<br />
sending. I read about this thing in the<br />
mag Update by Padua. Issue 8 to be<br />
correct. Or was it 9?! Nevermind! Frank<br />
wondered if the post had the right to<br />
open the sending. And in the three times<br />
I got remailed post. They have included<br />
a folder which they mark what happend<br />
and then they wrote that they have<br />
oppened under stric sekretess.. Which<br />
means that they have no right to tell<br />
anyone else what it was in the letter.<br />
So now I have some advices to give you<br />
to avoid lost sendings.<br />

When you contact someone:<br />
<br />
Never cheat your stamps. And always have<br />
enough stamps on the letter.<br />
Write your addy on the backside of the<br />
letter.<br />
<br />
If you follow these rules then I think<br />
the swapping will be much more easier<br />
and you don't need to start wars with<br />
someone whoose never got in contact with<br />
you, but you thought it!<br />

So if you get remailed post the try to<br />
send it back to the one that send it. It<br />
will make all persons happier. Except<br />
you who had to pay for the stamps!<br />
