triad brings you this guide to recent
games. we want to inform you of all
the different versions brought out
by all the groups on the cracker scene

the idea was originated by injun inc
in december last year, pretzel logic
made us an editor and 801dc & dynamic
made an intro for it. still it took
untill now to release this first issue
and similar magazines are expected.

the main reason for this guide is to
show you which groups have cracked a
certain game and the quality of that
version.

this will help the game freekz to call
for the best version. all groups will
also get a better chance at showing
what they can do.

naturally you haven't got the faintest
idea of which group really is the
number one. looking at the charts in
magazines doesn't help much. you know
that FICKO votes for PUTZ because
FICKO is such a buddy with FUCKO.

a lot of voters also just look at the
current charts voting from that.
others vote for their favourite
groups and they don't care the least
for what the groups realy do. how else
can it be explained that groups top
lists even though they have not done
a thing for many months?

many groups get their votes because
they are first out with a new crack.
being first does show that you have a
good supplier, but it might still be a
bad crack. is this fair?

some of us prefere to produce quality
and we vote for quality.

we review games and add them to the
GAMERS GUIDE as soon as possible. we
will keep them in THE GUIDE for two
or even three issues so we will get
as many versions as possible.

we can not quarantee that we will be
be able to test every level of every
game, but we will certainly try.

if you want to make sure that your
version is reviewed fast, send it to
one of our swappers fast. if you have
found that a version is bugged and
want to make sure it is in the GUIDE
give us a call.

\ GAMERS GUIDE /

the games will appear in alphabetical
order. the versions will be listed in
order of their lenght starting with
the shortest. this does not mean that
we rank the shortest to necsessarily
be the best version. however, removing
crap from the code to get a shorter
crack usually indicate a better crack.

generally a high amount of cheats will
be ranked higher when comparing
versions. sometimes a high amount of
cheats can be right out silly or even
destroy a game and then we will tell
you if that is what we think.

years ago MR.Z decided to make an
intro that was compact enough to be
added to the compressed crack without
further crunching. this has become a
tradition in TRIAD. the normal TRIAD
crack intros add some 5-9 blocks to a
crack.

most other groups prefere a more
complex intro with music and effects.
when crunched along with the game, it
doesn't add that much to the final
crack as some like to claim.

please have this in mind if you think
that our intro is the only reason for
the short TRIAD cracks.

from tape to disc by triad.
levelpacking with squeezer 4.1 gave
result! triad crunched the main file
with high-speed. if you got more
time, you can make more cheats.

DOMINATORS VERSION. if you have in-
stalled unlimited bonus as a cheat.
you have to insert a rutine that
switch bonus on/off. if you don't,
you have to stay at the bonus stage
forever. some groups didn't insert
that rutine, lame. chromance used a
short intro on their crack!

i talked to a friend of goldie and he
said that goldie left the scene to
spend more time on school, girls,
the drive licens and partying etc...
let's scream a hurray for him.
birthday 09-12-90. 18 years old.

there's a new cracking group in sweden
called the cult. the members comes
from: antic, zaints, vision, s451 with
more... the cracker in the cult is a
old member from the zaints, called
with his new name jack!
other members are: zinus, trash, jack,
intruder & some other (famous) guys!

the swedish group triumph will split-
up at the denmark party the 26 dec.
as jedi will join the forces of amiga.
maybe probe will join the amiga scene
too... but only the future knows!

royalty died after that goldie got
bored & kicked out nearly every member

tdm/triad, refused joining vibrants!

bismarck didn't have to join the mili-
tary service, but codex/censor had to.
ha! ha! good luck pal in the army !!

stanze is together with a 20 year old
photo-model, incredible! she is nice!

what happend to the cool cracker
zizyphus?

dystan cracked a real budget game..
called 'tank!' he says: vote for us!

hero/triad always too drunk to...

jerker/paragon were cutted 7 times by
three 15 year old girls, using razor-
knifes. the girls were high on dope.
bismarck called the police & later on
the girls got caught. why did they
attact him? what did we do wrong?

the police said that if those girls
had attact him, he'd kicked 'em down.

tdm is soon married with a beuty
called sanna. this tune is decated to
her with love. (cool tune!)

did you know that stanze is a really
good cracker! he cracked the game
logo (timex prot.).. best version!

bob/censor got a nice sister ha!

jerker/paragon joined the army...

intruder/the cult will release another
of those krewl mags.
