this text-file about d'arc being a thief
or not was sent to us and here you can
read the trueth about this incident!
the text tells you all you need to see
that d'arc is no thief!!
rumours like these can easily destroy
a persons reputation,so if you hear
any rumours of this kind about anybody
at all,you better check'em with the
person who's being attacked,before you
believe and publish anything about it!
okay,do read these lines!!

do sit down and read these words about
the rumours in hosthot 18. in the news
chapter and also in the party report was
some text about me, d'arc that is. they
had written like this:
"d'arc of topaz was caught at the light
party stealing. some guy had seen a lot
of stuff in a car. the car belonged to
d'arc. he didn't want to open the car to
give back the stuff, so the police had
to do it for him. he later had to follow
the police down to the police station
for interrogation."

first i'll make one thing clear. this
fellow who was stealing and caught and
taken to the police-station wasn't me!

who he really was? this is a question
i keep on asking myself. i think that i
will not find the real answer to that.
i have two names but won't give them
here. u know, the names are only rumours
and not pure facts.

the main question still is: 'how did
this rumour get wings?' yes, i was at
the party. so did a whole bunch of other
people do. i did go round the partyplace
to check what other people were doing.
so did a whole bunch of other people do.
i did go out from the partyhall to get
some food from the bus and the near
shops. but i did not, i repeat, did not
steal anything!

i'm really curious to know what had
happened during that time when the
police arrived. this rumour was spread
at the party, i know. the first time
when i heard about it was when kingpin
of wow came to me and told that the
police had first thought that i was the
thief. then some extend fellows came to
me to tell that there were some fellows
going around our bus. the bus (not a
car!) was hired by extend and topaz
dudes. so it wasn't mine or anyone elses
at the party place. i don't know how
they (the one(s) who started this mess)
got the idea that i would have been the
owner. maybe because i was the keeper of
the keys. if someone wanted to get
something out of the bus they came to me
to get the keys.

the funny thing is that no one came to
me to ask anything about these missing
things. during my partytime i didn't
even see any cops! how can i open the
doors to them if i didn't meet them. the
backdoor lock of our bus was broken when
it was hired. no one (as far as i know)
had opened the door during the trip.
the rumour that it had been opened with
violence was caused by this fact.

why would i do such a stupid thing as
stealing stuff from other fellows? do i
really want to spoil my reputation. no
i don't think so. ofcourse you could
earn a few bucks with selling stolen
things but is it really worth to lose
all your scene friends like this? no!

when would i have had time to steal a
few louzy disks and cartridges? i did go
out from the partyplace to

1. get my stuff from the bus.

2. get my sleeping bag and some food
from the bus.

3. get some food from the near shops
along with some extend coolies.

4. get some fresh air through a filter.
(smoke... u know...)

5. go home!

the rest of my time i spent inside. i
mostly were at our desk playing vioris,
coding or painting. some of the time i
spent with extend dudes over their desk.
and when i felt tired i slept... and the
place where i slept was under the table.
(was it you caprix who took the picture
of me?)

hmm... how to go on... i didn't steal
and i'm sure that no one in our
partycompany did. still... i feel
really pissed when people start making
rumours without checking any facts. some
one could have come and ask me at the
party, but no... this is a really great
way to do news.

and besides all this... this is only
a stupid missunderstanding. the bus
which was searched by the police was
the one next to ours!!!!!!

people just saw police near our bus
and they only knew our bus because of
the 'great' posters screaming 'topaz
beerline and extend!'

and as an end i thank the light dudes
for organizing such a great party with
phenomena. i really enjoyed my time over
there but the place was a bit too cold
for sleeping.
