here you've got the first party report
of this issue and it's about the
arcade-party held on 14+15 june 1992
near hildesheim in germany!

on thursday the 12th i got a call from
tyree/arcade and after some bla bla,he
asked if i was coming to their party
this weekend...
i was quite surprised as i just read
in a note from a-man/arcade that the
party was set two months later...
but i could go anyway..
i thought i was supposed to be in
hildesheim friday the 13th,but i was
supposed to be there saturday...
anyway,they could pick me up and we
went into the hildesheim centre to
play some pool'n'darts and there were
quite some guys like; tyree/arcade,
markus siebold,bakko/arcade,martin/??,
def jef/brutal,trigger+jatagan/enigma,
communist/f4cg...
when we went to martin's place to
sleep,we called some partylines with
at&t's but we couldn't get what we
wanted so we went to bed...
the next day we drove to the party
place and it were 2 small halls with
some tables,a kitchen and toilets.
a few guys were here but more and more
were still coming.. after some time,
there were about 10 computers,of which
some amigas and an archimedes.. a new
crack from caladin had just been down-
loaded and that was most of the stuff.
also the new arcade+deadline intro was
shown and it really looks great!!
at this time the following guys were
present: tbb/chromance - brego/arcade
street-tuff+psychobilly+mr.president+
dense/hysteric - mac/crest - parson -
count zero/x-rated - communist/f4cg -
tyree/arcade - markus siebold - bakko/
arcade - def jef/brutal - a-man/arcade
ghg/sunris - two spiriters and lots of
guys i talked to,but of who i can't
recall their handles nor groups.sorry!
as there was not happening too much,i+
communist+street tuff+ghg went to a
village-party held a mile away...
this wasn't much either and after we
ate some 'bratwurst' (brantwurst),we
went back to the partyplace... on the
way back we were followed by four guys
from the village...
when we almost were at the partyplace,
i got hit at the back and this crazy
german was yelling to me... my german
is not that bad,but this guy was just
shouting and acting crazy.. it was
something about his girlfriend...
i asked if he could try to say it in
english,but i guess that was not such
a smart move!! now he got even more
nuts and freaked out completely...
fact was that this guy was one hell of
a nazi dude... he wanted to beat the
shit out of me,just because i came
from holland!!
and whatever our group said to those
guys,they still wanted to beat me!
some guys notified me to get my ass
out of there,and as i didn't want to
start a fight with crazy fanatic nazi
fellows,i did go...
now the rest of the village came and
it was now around 30 against 30!!
the guys were really fanatic and used
some sort of gass.. two guys got it
in their eyes and it looked like it
hurt pretty much!!! now i got pretty
scared,as if those guys even did that
to germans,what would they do to me?!?
now you might think i'm some kind of
chicken,but it's been on the news a
couple of times,that a foreigner is
beaten almost till death in a village.
luckily these guys went to far!!
they should never have smashed that
window!! the police came and they
went to the village together with some
hysteric guys to identify and take the
ones who started all this shit!!
now it was all over and they never
returned...
somebody said to me: "it's good that
this happened,otherwise the party was
pretty boring"...
maybe this is true,but i prefer some
other kind of action...
later on that evening airwolf/genesis
and aslive/hysteric also entered the
place and then the action started
again...
airwolf had brought a couple of issues
of "banana-news" and it was quite fun
to read...
some arm-wrestling competitions were
done and brego/arcade won them all!!!
later lots of guys started boozing..
looking at lots of old classic demos
from contex and other legends,we spent
the night...
while tyree was sleeping we sticked a
baseball-bat up his ass and somebody
shot a picture...
you might see this one somewhere in
bulletproof!!!
when it became brighter dense and i
played some baseball.. too bad the
balls went to the cemetery all the
time,as it was sometimes pretty hard
to find them...
results: 2 lost balls and quite some
sweat...
but it was quite funny..
later some more played and it became
nicer and nicer. yoh count zero,keep
on trowing them with rocket-speed!!
when i wanted to go home with airwolf,
aslive,tbb and another fellow,i found
out that my jacket was in def jef's
car and he was gone somewhere...
well,after some time he came back and
we set off to düsseldorf...
after a sleepy trip i was dropped at
the trainstation and i had to travel
for 4 hours more till i got home...

this party was not much of a computer
party,but it was not supposed to be!!
it was more a booze and fun party!!
although the shit with the neo-nazi
dudes,i had quite a lot of fun and i
don't think it was that much a waste
of time and money!!
