this article is written to inform you<br />
about two new charts...<br />
besides all other charts we want your<br />
votes for:- BEST DEMOS<br />
- BEST INTROS<br />
i think voting for the best demos<br />
should not be so hard, but wat the<br />
hell do we mean with BEST INTROS???<br />
well with the BEST INTROS we mean<br />
the intros you see before cracks.<br />
with this chart we hope to see less<br />
(rather lame) super-short intros,<br />
which only have a (ROM CHARSET) logo<br />
and a (ROM CHARSET) scroll....<br />
we in BRUTAL also used this intros<br />
quite a lot as quite a lot of groups<br />
use them.. (if many groups use them<br />
you almost have to use a short intro<br />
to get one of the shortest versions)<br />
but as we prefer a bit longer intro<br />
(with a normal logo, a cool tune and<br />
a scroller or so) we will stop doing<br />
this...<br />
we hope that more groups will dump<br />
their short intros and exchange em<br />
for normal ones, as most people<br />
prefer them more....<br />

because of the two new charts, a new<br />
"BRUTAL RECALL" votesheet will be<br />
made, but if you haven't got a new<br />
votesheet yet, and you're going to<br />
vote, please add the extra two charts<br />
on the backside of the normal vote-<br />
