sertain MAGAZINE there are TWO RULES for<br />
filling in this SHEET...<br />

"don't vote for YOUR OWN GROUP!!!"<br />

and<br />
<br />
"don't for ..........!!!"<br />
<br />
on these .......... you should fill in<br />
the name of the GROUP to which the MAG<br />
belongs!!!<br />

the first RULE is okay in my eyes becoz<br />
otherwise some ARROGANT DUDES will vote<br />
for their OWN group instead for others!!<br />

but the other RULE i realy don't dig!!<br />
what are CHARTS for??<br />

to give a FAIR view of what the SCENE<br />
thinks who's best!!<br />

so please CHANGE this on most VOTESHEETS<br />
if you want to give a FAIR view of what<br />
