  of june !

  using this utility you are now able
  to store your votes on disc, then
  you can either mail it to us or (if
  you own a modem) upload it to the
  new mamba&lt; hq in the states...

  before voting with the voter, read
  the instructions inside the voter
  thoroughly in order to avoid any
  kind of mistakes...
