world cup to brazil. there is
ofcourse big party in rio, san
paulo and other places. but the
biggest news was the birthday
of a son from garrincha. this
player was real carrying on.
before this son he already
gained 9 daughters.

the final with holland against
germany. holland was the better
team, and when cruyff is going
right to the goal, he was
smashed to the ground by a
german player: penalty. and
torwart mayer, the german
keeper is the 1st german player
touching the ball when he is
taking the ball out of the net.
willem van hanegem said that
after that, some of the dutch
players went on badgering the
other players too much. the
dutch people had to live with
the fact that they lost. but
the revanche was there at the
ec in 1988. holland won with
2-1 thanks to marco van basten.

against holland. just a few
